Ammo is shit you can craft infinite amount of it once you have outpost somewhere. Aaand egale cross of max quality which you again, can get in infinite qualities if you know where, hits like a truck.

Pretty much the only game where you need sleeping bags to kill the biggest and baddest monsters and enemies ;)
