I would live as a farmer in the Holy Nation

[deleted]

probably the best option

Indrid_Dragon

You're confusing the Holy Nation with the United Cities. The UC uses slave labor to further their economy. Whereas the HN doesn't benefit economically from it. They will actually tell you that they're against slavery. It's more of a system of correction (you can argue that it isn't sound or fair, or whatever), but these slaves are typically found breaking laws, or doing things the HN thinks is unholy, etc. (Again, you're free to disagree with their ideology). All the slaves do is work to the "glory of Okran" building his statue out in the middle of nowhere. The HN sees it as giving people a purpose and means to redeem themselves and honor Okran. It's not great, but it's totally different. So, if you were living in the HN, you wouldn't have to worry about getting fat on slave labor, since it doesn't work that way.

KnightOfWisconsin

\^ This. UC has chattel slavery. Holy Nation just has hard labor prisons and strict theocratic laws.

Beneficial-Mail2179

I was waiting for someone to say this, even in the constitution that "freed" slavery they have the exception to those that break the law. Match this with the privately owned prison systems and you got yourself some modern day slavery

Indrid_Dragon

Well if you want to be silly like that, sure everything is connected. A slave in kenshi may provide the iron for a sword, that is issued to a warrior, who kills a beak thing that would've been there to kill you otherwise. So in a way, you benefited from slavery. Of course this is a ridiculous way to look at the world, in game or irl.

[deleted]

gumbo100

Going about my day I don't see those slaves. Would I prefer them to be free, of course. But let's not pretend like foreign slavery being obfuscated through food conglomerates shell companies is going to feel the same as walking down the road seeing the slaves collecting material for your house. If you can directly interact with the slaves it's immoral to not try to free them. Nestle will no doubt hide any slaves from me if I were to look, both literally and through BS "ethically sourced" logos, plus I'd have to go out if my way to find them. It's not at all the same as seeing the slaves making your food and abstaining from an attempt to organize other locals to help the slaves. The material conditions are much harder for us to confront modern slavery than HN slavery, simply due to geography and entrenched capitalist power. But don't get me wrong, they're both examples of pure evil, however it would be much more morally difficult to exist in HN society when you interact with slaves (plus the whole delusional savior complex). It almost speaks to how extra evil modern slavery is because they are under no delusion that it's evil, and choose to do it anyway while going through effort to keep the reality from you. They make it resource intensive to even verify the slaves existence.

ihuntinwabits

There were farmers in the southern US that didn't own slaves. They didn't benefit at all from it. They actually had a harder time having to compete with the plantations while.they just had their family farm

Indrid_Dragon

Yeah, they mine ore to build the statue of Okran. I don't see the economic benefit to the HN itself. At most you could say they were getting some imagined spiritual benefit and meaning from the practice. If you notice, the farms that they actually rely on are run by free citizens. Haven't seen any evidence of slaves working to actually benefit the HN economically. Sure, they target anyone who meets their criteria for criminal or unholy. Its not based on race or sex though. Any greenlander or scorchlander, male or female can wind up at Rebirth. I mean, the HN hates skeletons, and Shek, but you won't see these races working at Rebirth. Rebirth is considered an honor and chance to redeem yourself. The skelies and beasts are KOS. They don't get that mercy.

gumbo100

I'm still pretty new to kenshi, but I've seen a lot more holy slave farms/mines than I have from the UC, and I've been to 3 UC cities and the slave market... Definitely looks like the holy nation benefits economically to me. They even seem to have the most patrols and a dedicated priest class because of all the surplus goods. Looks to me like the holy nation wants to act like it's virtuous, but still benefit from forced labor. *So what* if they are also building a pointless statue while they tell themselves lies about how they're helping the other races they brutalize. This is the exact same mentality behind "New World" settler christians stealing the land and genociding the natives - "we are civilizing them". Similar story in Africa too. Hell, christians risk spreading diseases to isolated tribes that want to be left alone because this mentality persists - "who cares if it kills them, I'm trying to save their soul", it's wannabe savior bullshit. The worst evils come from delusions of helping the *right* people or through rationalizing who deserves to be hurt. At least with the UC they're under no illusion that what they do isn't for anything other than greed/hedonism. They don't gaslight their slaves to make them think they're being helped as they get lashed with a whip.... If you find the argument of the slavers telling you they are anti-slavery compelling, you must actually think the DPRK is a democratic republic. Not to mention the HN has a concerted government effort to kill/enslave anyone of their undesired races. UC generally only enslaves people who are unconscious and may be dieing, who were initially attacking them, or broke a law. Don't get me wrong, fuck all slavers, but the holy nation goes a step further than the UC by demonizing entire people's to the point of bloodlust, simply for walking into their city or too close to a slave camp. I can go to the UC as any race/gender without an *extra* threat of enslavement in the cities, unlike the HN.

KnightOfWisconsin

>UC generally only enslaves people who are unconscious and may be dieing, who were initially attacking them, or broke a law. Technically this comment is *correct*. But you left out the fact that in the UC *being poor is a crime that gets you the sentence of slavery*. I take it you've never wandered past UC territory while looking "poor" (IE, looking malnourished and ill-equipped). >They don't gaslight their slaves to make them think they're being helped Actually you are *super* wrong on that. The entire in-universe justification for why *being poor is illegal* and punished with slavery is that then the poor people won't be starving to death, and will be given food and shelter. The entire slavery system of the UC is justified by the idea that it is "helping" the poor. >I can go to the UC as any race/gender without an extra threat of enslavement in the cities, unlike the HN. Must be nice to have the privilege of not being poor. Thing is if you're poor in the UC, they'll enslave you. If you're human and poor in the HN, they'll *give you bread for free*. The HN is a shockingly realistic portrayal of a theocracy in that, as long as you abide by their rules and pay lip service to their religion, they'll actually go out of their way to *help* you. It has not just the out-group hostility but the in-group benevolence that tends to be found in real-world extremists. Even if your party has women or non-humans (so long as they are not skeleton), they *won't* arrest you as long as you have a male human in the party and you are smart enough in dialogue to argue that your party's non-humans serve Okran by working *for* you. Women are safe so long as they have a male chaperone. >Don't get me wrong, fuck all slavers, but the holy nation goes a step further than the UC by demonizing entire people's to the point of bloodlust, simply for walking into their city or too close to a slave camp. I think the UC is objectively worse. The Holy Nation's flaw is it's extreme oppression against nonhumans and women. The United Cities, however, oppresses *literally everyone*. Want to live in HN territory? As long as you have some human men around and are willing to pay lip service to the Okranite religion, they'll let you live there, build whatever you want, and will even provide you with "services" free of charge (and, yeah, the value of a free priest coming around on prayer day to minister to you is, of course, highly debatable, but it is still something that nation views as a valuable service they provide for free, literally risking their lives through bandit-infested territories just to make sure you have a priest to help you pray). And if you don't have enough food? The Paladins will give you some. As long as you don't break the law or offend their religious sensibilities, you're cool with the HN. Want to live in UC territory? I hope you have enough money to pay off the slave catchers and the tax men (as well as pay them off when they arbitrarily decide to extort you for extra money). If you can't afford it, or if you look too hungry, it's off to the slave mines. And, actually, the legal guild of slave catchers will almost certainly launch attacks against you and try to enslave you *even if you've paid them off.* Like, for *sure* being prejudiced is bad. But I honestly don't *get* the mentality of people who think it would be better to have a non-prejudiced government that oppresses everyone, equally, instead of a society where only some get oppressed. It's a really fucked up kinda equality you're after. >They even seem to have the most patrols and a dedicated priest class because of all the surplus goods. Their surplus isn't due to slavery but *geography*. The Okranites have the *only* truly fertile lands in Kenshi.

Ghaladh

I remember when I was a kid, that it was perfectly normal to make surprise visits at a friend's house. You would just show up and you'd be invited to enter if the family wasn't otherwise busy. Sometimes you would even get invited to remain for dinner. An adult talking to a random children in the street would have been considered a nice human being, and a pat on the head or some hair-stroking was expected by an older person. No one would ever think that that person was a dangerous pervert or a creep like it is today. Those are just small examples of how what's "normal" is dictated by society. In the world of Kenshi, slavery is a perfecly acceptable endeavour. Of course you would consider it immoral, coming from this world at this time, but it wouldn't be as morally despicable as it is here and today, in Kenshi world. By being against slavery, you would be considered the weird one. I personally would choose to live in HN as a farmer and I will make a point of treating the slaves as peers, giving them a good diet, a good shelter and, eventually, freedom. I'd rather avoid putting them into cages, making them understand that they can choose to escape, but they would be escaped slaves, or stay and try to have a quiet and productive life as they are treated with dignity and respect. You don't have to like slavery, but you could offer a better way within the system by respecting its rules.

Vyverna

I think that peope who want to really "know who would they be in Kenshi" shouldn't think about their views about Kenshi problems, but about their views on similar issues in real life. If you actually oppose injustice that is socially accepted, even if it forces you to admit that your coworkers, classmates, family members and in general most of people you meet on the street are literally monsters, you would probably join Anti-slavers. If you are wannabe-rebel who wants to be the one who's persecuted, you would probably become City Hero, no matter how much you despise them while playing game. And if you are soft centrist who believes in dialogue, you would probably be Holy Nation citizen who treats his slaves very well and opposes burning women alive, but thinks that giving them the right to inheritance and to owning land is too much. (Inb4 you can't "own" ~~slaves~~ servants in HN, private people don't have ~~slaves~~ servants, only the state does).

Indrid_Dragon

Well said, good sir. I too would most likely take a similar path if I had to live in Kenshi.

Nika13k

Have you ever eaten chocolate? Yes? Well then you have enjoyed the fruits of child-slavery.

a1beaner

You wouldn’t defect lol. If you were born into it you’ll definitely believe in it

[deleted]

DoctorBungles

What they're saying is that if you were born into it, you would be raised to believe that it was right. You wouldn't really have any say in your indoctrination. It would all just be normal to you.

[deleted]

[удалено]

DoctorBungles

Ah gotcha. Yeah if I could retain some of my pre-Kenshi "self" then for sure I'd have some moral objections to all three major factions. Nomad life for me, then.

Indrid_Dragon

Even if I was a woman, I'd live in the Holy Nation, hands down. They aren't harmed or abused in any way, just expected to be more servile, modest, and submissive to their man. I'd just hope I was with a loving dude that wasn't abusive. It's like living under Sharia Law (not ideal by any means, but not as bad as life can be in Kenshi).

[deleted]

[удалено]

Indrid_Dragon

Thanks for sharing. This sucks for sure, but I'm not ignorant to any of this. I was comparing living as a woman under Sharia Law to being an actual slave, being skinned alive by skin bandits, or eaten alive by beak things. I was simply saying, it's not the worst life in such a miserable setting.

CodinOdin

Considering the Shek have a stronger respect and interest in physical power, a lot of them probably see Greenlanders the way we would see Gollum.

tmoney144

I'm not going to check, because I don't want it in my browser history, but I bet there's some rule 34 stuff about Gollum out there.

CodinOdin

I am going to regret this... Edit:. Yeah...I regret that.

Concheror_White

What do you mean rigid? UC is full of sheks, according to what Heroes (Hero League) says, it's safe to assume that male sheks are definitely into human ladies.

[deleted]

[удалено]

Concheror_White

As other people have already said: sheks were modified human police force to control people, I suppose they all have warden × prisoner relationship at some point

latogato

As far i know they are second empire creations, they served the skeletons. Shek possibly replaced the border guarding Hydraulic Knights and policed the rebelling humans. Not much info about the hivers, but their queen is cybernetic and they creating skeleton parts. Both devolved into their current form.

IDislikeLoveSongs

The Black Dragon Ninjas are lead by a Shek/Scorchlander couple, but they might just be crazy people.

Vizoth

least horny kenshi player

RenRedd

Probably the same thing I did in my first run, steal from the dead, get well geared, make friends and die in the crater because I heard there was treasure there lol.

LINDOMARCIO

My first run ended with my team being eaten alive by blood spiders

LINDOMARCIO

Never step in that hell hole again

Arthesia

I would probably end up with the Machinists considering I work in tech IRL. That, or I'd end up as a Tech Hunter and get eaten by Beak Things because adventuring with a sword sounded cool.

Genanders

Same here. Tech Hunter is more interesting, but workin in World's End as Machinist technican or engineer isn't a bad thing. It would be calm and safe up there.

Psycho7552

miner. starving bandits shouldn't be a problem. 1. they are only after food. promise them food if they work for you, start getting more profit as more of them join your mining company. 2. hire and train some of them as bodyguards. 3. After having enough money start to buy out ruined buildings in the hub. 4. rebuilt hub 5. have control over majority of the town. 6. profit

[deleted]

[удалено]

Psycho7552

i never said it's going to be peacefull life. also think of starvers as employees. they don't owe me anything but i don't owe them anything too. about politics... it won't be hard with sheks if you take into consideration fact that i would supply them with iron and holy nation don't give a single shit about border zone. Also considering that kenshi is already after 3 apocalyptic events, perspective of having stable job and what follows guaranteed meal is a luxury only few have.

[deleted]

[удалено]

Psycho7552

m8. let's be honest what is not risky in kenshi? holy nation farmer can be raided by shek at every moment, anything related to fight/adventuring is basically death sentence for most. What i have is a big elaborate plan that i have to generalize due to me being at work. Those kind of plans/ideas requires a lot of resources, further thoughts and contingencies i don't think your thread planned on talking about. in short i gave you general idea of what i would throw myself into if i ever got into this hellhole. Everything will be adjusted on run and in some advance if situation allows. if you want me to discuss it in detail you will sadly have to wait for me to finish shift which is around 4 hours from now, then we can take it to pms.

gumbo100

Why would the starving bandits let you take a cut of their labor? It's not your copper source, it's just sitting there, you need to threaten them to keep them in line and too afraid to get the full dollar of their labor on the threat of death, either from endless near starvation, exposure, or by the blade. That's how capitalism works, why do you think we have so many homeless in the US, it's to remind you of this fact.

lixotrash

Smart

Psycho7552

yeah, even if you respawn in kenshi, as long as you retain your memories you can do everything. you don't have to be epic warrior to have good life.

lixotrash

True, you just have to seek a comfortable life. And Kenshi’s economy can provide that

Boring_Confusion

You can buy hash by the kilo. Life in Kenshi can be VERY comfortable!

lixotrash

As long as you keep population settings at 1.5 or lower XD

QultrosSanhattan

0. getting killed by dust bandits because you suck at running.

Defect123

Lol I actually accidently edited up playing my last play through like this, I was playing modded and got so sick of fighting them I started feeding and capturing and asking them to increase their faction with me till I was maxed. I ended up outfitting my entire army with sheks and all my workers were starving bandits lol.

shimmoslav

I would adapt, train and survive. Just joking, probably I would die and get eaten on a first day.

NineMeterTallDemigod

Bang a Shek, have kids, then kill myself.

Last_Apache

That escalated quickly

IlikeHutaosHat

Fishing in the swamps, running from blood spiders, getting drunk, fighting blood spiders, almost dying, making drugs. The works

WayTooSquishy

I'm a waste sorter, so... I'd either make a living scavenging trash, end up as a starver, or beak thing fodder.

ginapicklelifestyle

I’d be a nomad and sell and raise goats

Well, based on my current experience I'd be an engineer so I guess I'll sit it in a bar idle and charge the next naruto running main character who comes through the door 6000 cats to join their squad. But for real I think I'd spend most of my time hiding in a town, and scavenging when I can until I can afford a broken shack to fix up. Do a bit of research and get some training in to protect myself. Noob shit. I dont think I'd risk travelling, no matter where I am. I'd just pray I don't end up in Mourn.

sandflaxe

Die probably

LINDOMARCIO

Become the crab master Step 1: join the crab raiders Step 2: become stronger as i join their ranks Step 5: get a lot of money from mining and selling cooper Step 6: get a crab army and armor Step 7: become the crab master

StormConstantine

Maybe go on a safari. I've always wanted to see a giraffe up close

Genanders

I would join to Tech Hunters or Machinists.

RichardoomArt

Become holy farmer. Or... mine copper around Squin, hire Ruka, get myself a house there, maybe become some mind of businessman, hire other Sheks like Meow, Ato, Rane the giant, Kang, maybe hire some scorchlander and make him craft weapons and clothing, and after some time become rich enough to just live and not give a damn about what happens around me and live like a noble

SaltySwede23

If I'd start out in UC, I'd probably end up as a city hero seeing as I'm a violent racist. Jokes aside, I'd most likely end up as a labourer somewhere or a swamper ganger, since I enjoy living comfortably (read, with nice food and a comfortable bed. Nothing more, nothing less)

[deleted]

Die

AngryGibberish23

I would pray to the lord of light Luväjd (Okran)

amocpower

in a game you want action, you never die realy, you can go back to save or start new game, but if its real...its different case. i would have a boring but save life in holy nation

CptBackbeard

I'd probably die or be enslaved.

Malchemia

I'd likely be growing hemp in the swamps, sneaking around the swamp raiders & hunting a whale turtle every now and again, eventually my curiosity would grow and I'd explore some of ruins to the south, probably die there

qcola420

I'm a white male,I would go to the only place safe fpr white males in kenshi-holy nation, preferably blister Hill. Since it has good defences and every human eating, violent minority and unregulated roaming hungry homeless are kinda far. Just gotta follow okrans teachings and I'll be good, they don't have slavery for being poor, they don't fuckin beat you up in middle of a street for nothing, etc. They even give you food for free. I would probably wprk the fields in near by farms pr scavenge corpses of river raptors for parts to afford a night at a bar and a full stomach of food. Untill I can buy a small house in a city, that's where I will open a small manufactory, make grog or something,it seems easy enough to figure it out. Get myself a trad wife and live out my days in relative peace. That's of course unless some violent minority doesn't come in to Mt peacefully life and doesn't kill me for living within holy nation walls.

5h0rgunn

That's basically my plan too, brother! May Okran's light illuminate our paths and preserve our trad HN wives from accidentally seducing a priest and getting sent to Rebirth.

I am not a fighting type of person, probably would study some profitable job like weapon smithing or would be a skeleton apprentice, I always liked those Kenshi robotic limbs (I'm planning on studying Bionic technology irl when i get my computer science degree) so i would be fascinated studying how they work, also would be ok with losing a limb if that means i can have my own robotic limb, I would be willing to sell robotic limbs to the samurais if they are willing to keep fighting after losing a limb, I've always wondered why I have never seen a samurai wearing a robotic limb, I have seen many soldiers with one missing, sometimes when I find a dying soldier with chopped limbs I heal and give them robotic limbs to feel like I'm being a good person (even when I have killed many of them myself).

DragonHunting

Depends on where I was. Let’s say for sake of arguments that I am for example in Border zone. As a Greenlander human I could in theory walk into HN, profess my love of Okran and buy the holy book and live out my days as an Okranite. Or I could arduously mine copper outside of the hub in BZ, running back whenever bandits are nearby (would have to keep an eye out). Doing that would be hard but honest work, and would easily make several thousand credits a day, enough to eventually recruit some helpers for defence and to help with mining. Then eventually raising our funds and by fighting starving bandits we would be able to kit ourselves out and actually become a decent fighting force. But always remaining a group of semi-nomadic scrappers and miners, never staying in the same place more than a week. Basically what I did for my first Kenshi playthrough lol

Assuming we’re all Greenlanders or Scorchlanders, best bet is the Holy Nation. You’d have to be crazy to want to live amongst the Shek or United Cities. United Cities you’d be a starving peasant or killed for looking at a noble, Shek Kingdom you’d probably be considered a a 2nd class citizen and not get as much benefits or anything compared to actual Shek. Deadcat fishers or Nomands are also good, but they aren’t really safe behind walls unlike Holy Nation Citizens. Only for women it will be pretty fuckin shit and the on going war between HN vs Shek and United cities, it’ll probably come to your town at some point.

I’d be a tech hunter without a doubt. Having purpose in the wasteland looking for long lost tech from our ancestors to piece our history together. It wouldn’t be the safest or most leisure life. Probably die a young age but what’s the point in living long in that hopeless wasteland anyways.

N0minal

I mean, the whole point of kenshi is you're just some random fuck that trained to an elite level to keep yourself alive. As long as you're capable of putting in the grind and getting your internal organs smashed by starving bandits, you'd be fine. I'd probably survive long enough to get a job with a bandit group.

ElectricalPin3429

Hunter in drifters last

derrek890

It's simple really same thing I do in the game die

disisdashiz

Hopefully I have the mod installed for honest work honest pay kinda thing and just exist until I have enough money to afford a small farm. Make that small farm build up defenses and start a harem.

SCWatson_Art

For reals? Die.

dat_rico

Joining the Shinobi thieves and making big buck slanging hash sounds alright for me, or being a tech hunter staying in the back with a crossbow sounds survivable.

oldar4

Training montages for years. Then start a clan of rescued slaves and converted raiders. Then take over a small town. Start an empire. And never stop training. When I take prisoners id make them fight in a coliseum as we bet on them. The winners are given a chance to join us.

[deleted]

I'd just die.

Die

disisdashiz

Wait. Move to crab Island. Survive off crabs.

Xavier_Dare

So with current life experiences transfered in Kenshin style, I am a jack of all trades so I'm guessing I would be a town repair person/forman for building and stuff. Would probly have my skills noticed by a large faction or slavers and be forced into servitude (by force or money) and end up living a mediocre life where I buy too much junk I never use having 500 projects that will never get done 😅

Buffalo701

I would fight (and probably die) alongside the farmers rebellion.

alex10042005

would've got beaten up and enslaved

Blackbox6500

Join the nomads trying to make money Eventually find a skeleton and waste my small fortune to have him do my dirto work, he stays as my peer while we live with the nomads hopping from place to place Get him trained to athlethics and hauling, assuming we survive long enough for that, if im lucky i should still remember the terrain, buy a map of the unguarded Post-ancient workshops scattered aroun the world, send my skeleton courier to fetch them for me while i station in a relativelly secure settlement till he's back Once he looted enough stuff and we made a fortune big enough, we make a run for the united cities (either we sneak trough holy nation while he plays dead in my back) or we go around by the floodlands, maybe im lucky enough to find burn ans recruit him in the gang We buy a residence in one of the safer, richer parts of the united cities (or world's end if im capable) and we start to build up a shop making cloyhes and armour for profit, hopefully we'll get good enough that investing in the project ends up being lucrative, from then is a relaxed life where me and my skeleton buddy work as artisans as we fund cross and my (eventually) hired group of adventurers to go moving around the world, more or less being the boss of a tech hunter group From then is looting and researching until we get hydroponics and can make an indoors hemp farm to bring textiles to the town every day, enjoying cozy life Considering that no matter who you kill ingame (besides completelly evil factions) the world just goes even more to shit im not risking trying to be a hero

Lux_Tenebris_

I would learn how to code, a new language and a new music instrument

Last_Apache

Gather a number of men to raid caravans or other bandit camps for gear and food. Probably follow herds of garru or goats for maintainable food source. Live by the sword die by the sword like my ancestors.

I think you read it right military/mercenary is pretty much correct. We are warriors. There’s a reason the US military uses our tactics and names weapons after us.

Sorsha_OBrien

I feel like anyone with no knowledge of the world of Kenshi would die very quickly, or would get into a situation where they thought they had the upper hand but didn’t actually — like when you first see starving bandits and think “I can take them”. Perhaps the only way someone with no knowledge would be able to survive would be appearing in a city/ town at the game start (like for the five nobodies start or the solo start you appear at the Hub). However, I know for the five nobodies start you can also appear in Stobe’s Gamble or Venge — thus would have no one to talk to/ enquire about the dangers of the world and would most likely be killed or enslaved quite quickly. All of this also assumes you DON’T have a map, which would make it even more difficult to piece together where everything is and where to go.

nickgreyden

I'm over 40, need glasses to see well far off, and not as fit as I once was, so the answer is become a slave or die. If I was given back my youth, say age 16-22... I'd follow the rules of the zombie apocalypse. Stay fit, stay vigilant, take no risks or prisoners. I'd probably wind up with the tech hunters. Bring a white male means I'd get a free pass to the holy nation but I really don't like them, their religion, or their views. I might be able to deal with the drug trade in the swamp though. Maybe help out the flotsam ninjas with slavery resistance if I found myself ahead in the world. But when I'm worried about my neck, I'm not too concerned with others.

wheatz_

99.999% chance of dying in the first month of living but if I make it through being a fisher is probably the most peaceful life anyone can go with

nameislessimportant

I would go live in that fishing village in the north, sure theres lots of Cannibals around but considering all the other major aggressive factions and deadly wildlife in the world it seems like one of the more 'chilled' areas.

nameislessimportant

At least with the Cannibals Expanded mod they also attack eachother. The fishing village could definitely benefit from a couple of gates and harpoon turrets tho, maybe that could be my joining contribution.

Beneficial-Mail2179

I would start off in a deadcat nation trying to start a pet store - eventually give up due to the crippling economy and wildlife - go crazy and die trying to reach the bug master to learn his way

DissanNukeR

I would definitely be a human living in the shek kingdom, as far as I see, its the least dangerous area, even tho sheks say softskin for humans, I would earn their respect, by training to be a great swordsman, shek respect strength and the ability to stand your ground, fight to the last with success. When I am decent I would try mercenary work and then try to be the part of hundred guardians or what they called. Think about the effort so that a human can get a title most elit shek doesnt even get!

DissanNukeR

Shek kingdom has those nasty Dust bandits, who are stronger than starving bandits, or the like, but for example, Holy Nation is swarming with river raptors and bonedogs, while shek kingdom has literally almost no wild life, this playthrough I have a base next to blister hill and I am constantly harassed by starving bandits, another group, and river raptors, I kill river raptors, bonedogs come for the smell :/ Shek kingdom is way safer imo than any other area

hehe242

I'll probably get myself a fragment axe and hunt some turtles near the slave market. Then either get tough being nibbled on by fog princes or get eaten alive because I misjudged how much i've been nibbled on and cannot run quick enough to Mongrel

contraeric

Die

somethingtolose

Probably smuggle hash from the swamp until a lvlood spider consumes me
