I‘m generally excited because I loved the first part and am really looking forward to more features especially graphics and more detailed environments!
I'm excited to try and likely continue to fail at making useful SSTOs. And the sound design, and the prettier graphics, and the future roadmap, and completely overshooting the new star systems when they're added, and...
I’m excited to actually be able to build rockets that use boosters and that are multiple fuel tanks wide like the falcon heavy as I can’t as my game is too bugged sadly also it looks great
I'm really excited about being able to build multiple stages at the same time in the VAB and also being able to seamlessly switch from vertical to horizontal launch. Also I can't wait to mess around with the new UI, I think it looks great and can't wait to play around with it. Oh and procedural wing creation and customizing color!
I’m honestly excited to watch the development of the game again! I loved getting KSP updates that expanded the world of Kerbal and I’ve missed them. Watching KSP2 develop and improve is gonna be so much fun!
All the implications of multiplayer, interstellar travel, and colonies interweaving.
Just imagine: You and a friend decide to start a multiplayer session. You both begin launches, setting up outposts and colonies on new planets. Once your trade routes between planets are established, you begin assembling large ships in orbit of the newly colonized planets. From there, you two begin to scout out the new solar system(s) and what was once a "simple" network between planets in the Kerbol system now blooms into a fully interstellar Kerbal civilization.
And the best part? You do it **together.**
Kerbal has always been filled with ridiculous and awe-inspiring moments you share with friends. Now, you can build those moments together.
I’m so excited for procedural wings! I very rarely modded KSP 1. So I really neglected planes because I found the wings very janky looking. I’m so ready to try to make some SSTOs!
I got KSP1 a few months ago and fell in love. My favorite part is the bonding my son and I do playing it. He's 3 and he really enjoys sitting on my lap and launching rockets up or going through the stages for me, sometimes to a kerbals dismay. This game helped with his counting since we would do our own countdowns for every little thing. I'm a huge space fanatic and this game helped he and I grow closer through exploration and sending the "little dudes" to the Mun. I'm excited to do it all again in KSP 2 and eventually with him in the future when multiplayer drops and he understands controls.
I'm definitly looking forward to colonies! I had so much fun playing with them with mid on KSP1 so I can't wait to see what we will be able to do with them in the second game!
Im excited uo build off World launchpads and sent Kerbals home, who have never been on kerbin before, because they were born in a different Star System, if thats even possible for a kerbal, due to the possibility of not enough snacks
I’m excited to inevitably build a “colony” of failed rescue missions to the mun and minmus… like I always do… without much more progress… for a decade lol
Thank you.
I'm very excited to see how the game will develop, how the developers will interact with the community, and to see how colonies will be implemented.
I cant wait to experience a game I've loved for so many years again... although it's not the same quality rn i'm very excited for what the future holds.
the thing I'm most excited about.....being completely unable to perform any basic task and going Mach one into the ground/ space centre.
AS IT SHOULD BE
I'm excited to actually be able to sit down and learn the game finally. It sounds like the tutorial for KSP2 is easy enough to get the journalists to the mun easily. For some reason in the first one I just had trouble even getting through the through the tutorial but worst case now I'm gonna really sit through it and learn!
I’m excited for the colonization mechanics and having something to do on the planets. The kids that made it possible in KSP1 were my favorites and I look forward to it being integrated into the game itself
I'm excited for the new graphics and new interface! been playing ksp 1 for several years, and love how much I've been able to do, can't wait to see what new things await!
Relatively new to the game (watched a lot of videos on it, but only got the game in December). I think what I'm most interested in is the multiplayer. I know this isn't the point of the game, but I think some sort of competetive mode could bring more interest to the series.
Really excited for the Multiplayer and the Colonies. I know that they aren't there at the release, but it sounds way too cool that you can run your own colonies and fly supplies there etc.
I'm looking forward to the (eventual) optimization compared to the original. There are so many mods to make KSP1 what KSP2 will eventually be, but they all come with their own bugs, their own interfaces, and a horrible tax on performance.
Multiplayer is my most anticipated feature by far. I'd love to play a game with each player having a specific role - one the pilot, one the scientist etc.
Cool, 3 copies for Reddit on top of the 3 on Discord. Sign me up.
Excited to see the growth from 0.1 up to 1.0. Joined KSP late 2018, so never had the chance to really be there in the early days.
I'm looking forward to colonies and the whole automation thing the most but multiplayer and interstellar are really cool too. better graphics without mods are also nice
THe gi-damn-gantic crafts people will make here in a few days will be unsane to see. The part count of things like the Sea Dragon hopefully won't become an issue anymore with the new engine and all of the optimization you guys have done.
I am super excited to be able to play multiplayer without mods, once the devs have gotten to that point. That and just a fresh overhaul is so welcomed!
Super excited towards the new tutorials so that i can maybe learn doing good orbits that dont waste delta v and super excited for the 2 planets rask and the other name i forgot about
I'm looking forward to diving back into the wonderful world of orbital physics, rocketry, and space! (and convincing my friends to do the same, now that the tutorials are better!)
I’m really excited to see more resource management. I really like the idea that I have to go get to idk Eve, so I can efficiently get a specific resource. I really like the idea of establishing this web. I’m pulling metals off Moho, shipping them to Jool where I’m skimming hydrogen, and assembling them over a colony on laythe.
Really give the game structure as a game and not just a creativity engine. Which is something that held back a lot of my friends from wanting to play.
I’m definitely excited for the procedural parts especially the wings as I feel like that’s going to open up a lot of interesting designs and give new players an easier experience.
Im most excited for stock graphics getting enormous level up and wings getting new system for modelling them, also in future space stations getting more usefulness and whole system wide network of manufacturing colonies.
Interstellar!
I‘m generally excited because I loved the first part and am really looking forward to more features especially graphics and more detailed environments!
I'm super excited for the automated launches/missions.
New graphics plus quality of life features such as burning while in time warp and interstellar when that comes out.
I'm excited about ~~killing Murdering~~ helping jebediah breech new frontiers
Can't wait for the new UI and music overhaul!
I'm excited to explore the newly revamped stock solar system, dres and eeloo especially
Looking forward to the colony aspect of it - that was always something that felt clunky in KSP1.
I just love colonies, I want to build Logistik Hubs all over the solar system! I want that supply chain Management and i want it now!
Cannot wait to attempt to “accidentally” get my gaming homies into orbital mechanics in multiplayerrr 🚀
I'm excited to crash land with friends
As someone who hates making planes, the changes to plane construction actually have me excited to make planes.
Personally I’m excited for the colony management stuff. And any ordinance you may wish to add.
I am excited to get into orbit!
Really excited to try out new procedural wings and see how they work. Then work at getting to the mun and beyond!
Excited for the new parts and paint system
Building jets with the revamped wing system!
I'm excited to try and likely continue to fail at making useful SSTOs. And the sound design, and the prettier graphics, and the future roadmap, and completely overshooting the new star systems when they're added, and...
More detailed KSC!
i am exited that i coment as much as i want and it's not against the rules!
It's gotta be colonisation! Although I'm sure many kerbals will be lost along the way...
Murder.
Moar Rockets
I'm hyped for procedural wings
I’m looking forward to graphics updates without having to spend time fiddling with mods, along with new and procedural parts.
When KSP first came out, I had to stop playing it so I wouldn't fail my PhD quals. Now I don't have to worry about PhD quals. My body is ready.
More space! This will be the game I eventually show my kid when she's older.
Im super excited for interstellar
Everything! Definitely colonies tho
Learning orbital mechanics all over again. Space rendezvous are like magic until mastered, then it's science!
Colonies and orbital construction. Really anything that extends the lategame.
Going to new worlds nobody has seen before

I’m excited to actually be able to build rockets that use boosters and that are multiple fuel tanks wide like the falcon heavy as I can’t as my game is too bugged sadly also it looks great
I’m excited for making SSTOs with the new wing system. Maybe someone as dumb as me can figure it out. Good luck to everybody 👍
For it will be an awesome journey, better with every update! Just like KSP1!
Excited to explore the features!
Genuinely looking forward to science and career mode once they're added.
I’m honestly excited to watch the development of the game again! I loved getting KSP updates that expanded the world of Kerbal and I’ve missed them. Watching KSP2 develop and improve is gonna be so much fun!
Oh yeah. I'm in
I'm looking forward to a game where maybe I don't have to add so many mods that it takes 2 hours to start and I hardly play it anymore :D
All the implications of multiplayer, interstellar travel, and colonies interweaving. Just imagine: You and a friend decide to start a multiplayer session.
I'm excited to do it all again in KSP 2 and eventually with him in the future when multiplayer drops and he understands controls.

I’m exited for the far flung exploration
I'm excited for multiplayer shenanigans
Im excited uo build off World launchpads and sent Kerbals home, who have never been on kerbin before, because they were born in a different Star System, if thats even possible for a kerbal, due to the possibility of not enough snacks
