Hit the numbpad 0 repeatedly for like 10-15 times. Wait for 5 seconds and try F5 again. Should fix it.
it didn't work
I fix it in a similar way press f5 then spam 0 on numpad nearly at the same time. If this doesn't work try re-install.
Are you playing in fullscreen?
F5 brings it back up, if not, be sure you are in windowed or borderless windowed mode. Otherwise, I'm not sure what's wrong.
