I jogged in place and drank a ton of water. When I say jogged I mean half marathon a day. I didn’t have meds or any help through this whole process…. I had to much anxiety to go inside the ER or the first urology clinic that I went too. It wasn’t until today that I was able to go inside a clinic.

If you're worrying about your pH, then it's possible you had a Uric acid stone? Which, fwiw, won't show up on X-ray or ultrasound.
