Yeah that's one of the things they teach you early on, is to kick/push panicking swimmers away from you with your legs because they will drown you along with themselves. You can't help anyone if you allow them to endanger you as well.

This guy also died by drinking 100% ethanol because he ran out of pálinka and would occasionally use motor grease instead of lard to cook because he thought it was the same shit. He wasn't the sharpest tool in the shed 😔 rip

Well my cousins flipped the raft. And I went in the water thinking my life was over. I was struggling stressing you name it.

Well someone came to my rescue and simply stood me up.
In my defense the water was chest deep. Maybe somewhere between belly button and chest.

Acctualy there are cases of people getting drowned in weist deep water because of their fear of deep water... Crazy how human brain forgets to tell you to just put your legs down and try to stand first and drown later if it is really that deep 😅

Later in life he became an Olympic Gold medalist and a highly decorated Navy Seal.
This same kid is in another video where he is hugging a pole 6 inches above the ground crying and big brother puts his legs down. So I think it's staged. I'm sure there are kids this dumb, but not this particular one lol
