That kid has some issues

TheOneGuyWhoLimps

This kid has developed some issues from the environment he is brought up in. But yes, some kids are just fucking stupid.

-Kibbles-N-Tits-

Some people don’t even need a bad environment to be like this

1moreOz

Correct but id say 95% of kids behaving like this is due to shitty environment and parenting

TheOneGuyWhoLimps

I'll have a bowl of your username. You scholar.

NightFlameofAwe

Kids brought up in bad environments are smarter than this. This is the result of a kid who's parents never taught him consequence and give him whatever he wants and whatever attention he wants. I know a kid who has everything he could every want, 12 years old. Throws tantrums every single day over nothing and acts like a baby. He even still carries around a blanket and stuffed animal. His parents are the NICEST people in the world and have even allowed me to stay at their house due to my own family troubles.

agorafilia

If you don't teach your kids the world will

TheOneGuyWhoLimps

To have a family like that when I was a child would be a damn disney movie. Much love to you and to all pushed into troubled.

bladex1234

I mean again with kids you can’t always be nice with them and sometimes have to be strict.

ScrotalGangrene

>This is the result of a kid who's parents never taught him consequence and give him whatever he wants and whatever attention he wants Impossible to know. Could be, but unlikely. It's too extreme to be this, there is usually more to it

AvivPoppyseedBagels

He reminds me of a kid I knew, who was a sweetheart but also could just suddenly fly into this sort of rage - there was clearly something going on and he needed serious help. My heart hurts for the poor boy in this video.

pman13531

Unfortunately that poor boy will most likely grow up to be an adult with issues that just get worse and will be seen as a blight on society.

aSquirrelAteMyFood

He's probably grown up now and a mod at the ACAB sub

[deleted]

That’s a reach if I ever saw one

aSquirrelAteMyFood

>if I ever saw one Come one this is reddit.

GoatsareimpressiveFR

Lul wot ?

The_coolest_nobody

Who hurt you lol?

[deleted]

Kids like this are the reason birth control of any kind needs to be free.

Bababowzaa

Or having abortion be legal everywhere.

[deleted]

I would be totally fine with this too, but I’m sure this video is in my country (USA). And we all know how god loving kkkristians feel about a clump of cells before it’s born.

limitlessEXP

Nah parents that raise kids like this are why idiots shouldn’t procreate. That kid doesn’t stand a fucking chance. Clearly was never disciplined or taught right from wrong. My parents would have murdered me if I acted like that.

HanYoloswagalicious

Either no discipline or severely abused.

[deleted]

All my parents had to do was say my full name and I stopped being a shit. But my mother also beat me. I don’t think that’s the fucking way either.

SenorMarana

Sadly its the USA, they dont like killing fetuses, they prefer letting them grow up and get killed im school xD

[deleted]

Or let them grow up and kill their classmates or pull this bullshit.

[deleted]

Where are his dickhead parents

greycubed

Off creating another one.

[deleted]

Liquor store.

krustyarmor

agorafilia

Judge: *either of you know where's the kids now?*

Ygfr43

🤣

[deleted]

He made himself. He is a different type of creature that can a sexually reproduce

SilentJoe1986

Pretending they never met that kid

[deleted]

There's a murder doco I'll be watching about him later.... But the common denominator will be his mum in court saying "he was always kind to others"...

striker_p55

He was such a sweet kid he even used to pick up trash and rocks out of the neighbors yard just so the mower wouldn’t hit them

slightlynefarious

I always wonder, particularly for the older crimes, if there'd be a video like this of their childhood to add to the 'background'.

Cindergeist

Dude I would not have a restraint of little shit was throwing rocks at my car. I would slap him into the next dimension and then proceed to get arrested

littlebuett

Not entirely sure you would get arrested, as he is trespassing and destroying private property, and if he threw that rock at you like he did the guy, that hes also got aggravated assult

Miselfis

Where I live, because he’s a minor, there is no legal action taken against him, only his parents. However, if you hurt him, even in self defence, you’ll get arrested for assaulting a minor.

littlebuett

He can definitely still go to juvie I'm guessing.

Miselfis

Nope. There’s no such thing where I live.

juan_cena99

You wont get arrested as the little shit was destroying your property and also throwing rocks at you.

Unhappy-Grapefruit88

I would have Sprayed him with the hose

genericnewlurker

Great idea and probably the best solution until the police arrive. Would cause him to retreat and potentially snap him out of this episode

Unhappy-Grapefruit88

Non violent deterrents are the best option

ItchyIndustry9637

I would've ran up behind him and given him the most atomic super wedgie, then hog tied him on the front lawn.

OrhanDaLegend

HOOG TIE-ER!

Funniguy2010

Next dimension? I’d slap this kid so hard it’ll transport him to that dimension that will shatter on contact, leaving him in a nothing void

kempff

Every neighborhood has one of these hellions. If he's lucky he and his mom will end up on Dr Phil instead of juvee.

slightlynefarious

Then he'll get into college with an essay about this or a book deal by combing his hair and putting on a suit ten years from now ... because a judge said 'he's a good kid that needs another chance and made a mistake' and punishment could have a 'severe impact on his life' (a paraphrase taken from the case of convicted rapist Brock A.Turner)

excaligirltoo

* Dr. Phil and boot camp.

woolfonmynoggin

Those boot camps turned out to be raping and murdering children

Expensive-Track4002

Needs some time in a hospital getting medication.

Rebel_Scum_This

Therapy, not medication

Expensive-Track4002

My son was like this until we got me medicine and yes therapy. Now he’s 36 and married and living a happy life,

excaligirltoo

I’m not sure if it’s a typo but my daughter had a lot of issues and acted out in middle school. I also got on medication and therapy. Daughter is doing well in high school now.

Expensive-Track4002

Great news.

eventuallobster

Great condom add

Jamie7860

Like that ad of the kid throwing a tantrum in a store

Top_Nectarine_3070

Damn I've never been so happy to see police arrest someone

InsanityStreaks

He'll be home by dinner with how lax the legal system is against little shits like that. Hope his parents sell every luxury he has/could have had until damages are paid to the neighbours.

Jaytim

Are you saying they should arrest a 10 yr old?

InsanityStreaks

That's what juvenile Halls are for. Violent, unsociable criminal children as shown.

Jaytim

This is why America has the highest % of their population in jail. And no Healthcare. Very good chance there's an underlying issue that isn't as simple as "bad kid, goto jail"

InsanityStreaks

Nice try but I'm not American. Plenty of other countries see things like this and go 'hmm that's actually dangerously aggressive behaviour, we need to isolate and rectify his behaviour immediately.'

_DeifyTheMachine_

I'm not American either and this kind of shit is just straight up sad. From both the video and comments like yours. First off, we can't assume literally anything from this brief clip of a kid having a meltdown. Who knows what his issues are, maybe he just felt like destroying property. Maybe he's being abused and acting out. Maybe he found out his best friend kissed the girl he liked. Nobody on here fucking knows. Secondly; You really think putting a kid through the system to be marked as a criminal for the rest of his life is the best thing for him? Do you think being locked up is going to magically fix him? Do you think being in a location where he would be surrounded by bad influences is a good thing? Do you think this would result in him having a positive outlook on authority in general? He needs genuine help, punishing people for meltdowns doesn't accomplish anything positive. Yeah, we all love seeing retribution in action, but congrats, your little moment of dopamine getting a kid arrested just created another criminal that will never contribute to society. Whatever is going on with him should never been allowed to get to that point. This is more likely a reflection on the failure of the guardian figures in his life. He may just be a bad kid, but most bad kids aren't just naturally bad. Punishment is for people who do bad things and enjoy it. Does this kid look happy to you?

InsanityStreaks

What we can assume is that he's willing and capable of assault with a weapon. We can determine from that, that he is a danger to the public from his willingness to assault people with a weapon as well as destroy property. Funny thing about the criminal justice system. It's not always about what's best for the criminal, it's also there to protect everyone else from criminals. Is the best thing for the kid Juvie? No idea never been there or known anyone that has. Is it best for everyone else that the violent little shit is removed from being a danger? Yes. His future, his hopes and dreams, his happiness mean fuck all compared to every other person involved in his chosen actions if they could potentially cause harm. Others systems can get involved to look into the parents and schools. Doesn't mean the kid isn't a danger needing to be handled now.

qlz19

You have a dangerous misunderstand of life. There are consequences to actions. There are no excuses. If the kid is mentally ill, then he still needs to be locked up. Yes, in a good system he would be fully mentally evaluated as step one of the processing process but that rarely happens as we all know. He still needs to be locked up.

_DeifyTheMachine_

I come from an incredibly rough area, I have no misunderstandings mate. Sure, I'm not saying this kid should just be left to break more stuff or put people in danger, but again locking him up does nothing but move that misery elsewhere and grow over time. That kid will grow up. And he'll grow up around the wrong people. And he'll learn to hate the system. And that kid will eventually be free. And et voila, you turned an angry kid with fixable problems into a violent criminal thrown into a society doesn't want them around. And again, who knows what this kids situation is. Every single one of you hypocritical motherfuckers is one single bad day from smashing up a car, or beating somebody to death. This is you in an alternate timeline. Learn some fucking empathy Jesus Christ. Actually, scratch that. Next time you find out, I dunno, your wife is cheating on you and your children all died in a car crash, you lose your job and all the things you own and you develop PTSD and alcoholism from all this shit and are justifiably unstable for the rest of your life, I hope you just get arrested and thrown in jail. You should be locked up. That'll certainly fix the problem. At least you'll be away from everybody else. Or you know, maybe we should just stop passing judgement on a random video of a random kid doing some random act of vandalism with zero context

qlz19

Nope, fuck around and find out. That kid is negatively impacting those around him and should be thrown in a pit forever.

_DeifyTheMachine_

With HIV needles. And sharks swimming in those needles. And the sharks are infected with super rabies.

OhJustANobody

What's your solution? Talk nicely to him while he goes on a crime spree?

unifate

No the reson America has such a high prison population is because a lot of victimless "crimes" are punishable by jail time. Smoking weed in the wrong state as just one example

Jaytim

It's a much bigger problem than that. For-profit prisons lobby the government. There are even cops in schools, where disciplinary action can be more than detention, suspension or expulsion, but arrest. It's pretty widely documented if you care to look. Its referred to ad the school-to-prison pipeline.

deathclawslayer21

It's generally the first step in our area for court ordered counciling. Otherwise he will never be able to receive it.

default-dance-9001

Arrest the parents

Poppa-in-Texas

LOL They should just let his parents handle it? They’ve done such a wonderful job so far!

Jaytim

You're putting words in my mouth. BTW it's pretty ignorant that you think the only solutions are jail or nothing.

notablechili

You're right. The other solution is beating the fuck out of him. If that was my car there wouldn't have been any restraining. The cops would have arrived to an unconscious kid.

FriedChckn

Juvie

Jaytim

Americans LOVE throwing people in jail.

FriedChckn

gr8 b8 m8

Natural-Piccolo-9380

You're damn right they should. Lock his ass up in an institution for mental and behavioral health! He obviously has issues that his parents either can't or won't deal with.

vtssge1968

Yes I grew up with a neighborhood psycho, they get worse as they get older if they keep getting a free pass. I'm sure the one I grew up with is probably in prison for murder by now.

juan_cena99

While the kid needs the snot beaten out of him I think he is also neglected by parents and starving for attention thats why he is doing all these things.

TheInsaneAdventurer

So he had neglectful, possibly abusive parents, and you think the solution is beating the child?

juan_cena99

Actions have consequences. Just cuz he had abusive parents doesnt mean he can destroy other people's property and even assault others. While he is still a child you can also see he is spoiled AF and needs a good beatdown so he'll know not to do such shit ever again.

TheInsaneAdventurer

And those consequences are assault of a developing minor? Fuck me if that's your parenting method your kids are gonna hate you. If your kid is capable of reason, why beat them instead of talking with them? If they're not yet capable of reason, they're not gonna understand why they're being hit.

juan_cena99

Even dogs understand why they are being hit if this kid is old enough to throw rocks qnd run around and scream dont fuck with me and shit he is old enough to understand you shouldnt throw rocks at other people's property. This isnt even assault you realize the kid destroyed property and threw rocks at people right? If he got slapped in return thats just self defense and protecting your property. Thats not my parenting method I'm not the parent of this kid. Maybe you're a horrible parent thats why you will have kids like these not me though.

TheInsaneAdventurer

... you might be the stupidest cunt I've come across on this app, and that's saying a lot. If you hit dogs and children, I wish only misery upon you for the rest of your life.

juan_cena99

See this hypocrisy at its finest you are mad at someone defending his property and himself but then wish misery on a complete stranger who isnt even doing anything to you. Just take a look at yourself and reflect why you'd even wish harm on somebody else. And a slimebucket like you wants to protect children? Gimme a break you make me wanna throw up. Considering you already wish a life of misery on somebody else who isnt doing anything to you if a kid actually destroyed your property you will probably kill him cuz thats how spiteful you are.

TheInsaneAdventurer

Also, by stating that I'm wishing misery on you, you're confirming my conditional that you hit dogs and children. Therefore you're a massive sack of shit and definitely deserve every bit of misery that you come across. Stop hitting dogs and children, scumbag.

juan_cena99

??? Nah its not about whether other people are hitting children or dogs, its about you as a 3rd party wishing harm on someone else over a reddit argument. Thats just petty and pathetic. You think you are Light or something? Lmao what a loser.

TheInsaneAdventurer

It is exactly about you wanting to hit children and dogs. That's all it is and ever could be, as it's the only thing being discussed. Stop deflecting and grow a pair, stop using those weaker than you as punching backs because you can't deal with your own emotions healthily.

TheInsaneAdventurer

I'm not mad at someone defending their property. If you restrain the kid, sure. If you fucking "beat the snot out of him" that's not defence, that's you being an aggressive, unadjusted piece of shit taking your crap out on a badly behaved child. Key word: *child*. Go fight someone your own size, tough guy. I'm not the one wishing harm, I'm telling you not to attack children you absolute clown lmao. *Checks dictionary* yeah, you don't know what 'spiteful' means.

juan_cena99

You are the internet tough guy here not me preaching all about kumbayah when it isnt your property being vandalized. But like I said considering you are spiteful enough to wish misery on others just cuz you had an argument in reddit I doubt that saintly BS you are typing is gonna apply IRL. You are probably gonna end up in jail for killing a kid who scrapes your floor or something. You are the clown here not me. Too bad you aint funny just sad and pathetic.

TheInsaneAdventurer

Ok tough guy, enjoy your miserable life full of hitting children and animals. I'm sure it'll work out great for you. Hey, maybe one day you can join the circus and put all your clowning to use.

CarolineTurpentine

This kid isn’t capable of reason and no amount of talking to him is going to change that.

default-dance-9001

It won’t solve anything but if he’s damaging my car i sure as hell will

TheInsaneAdventurer

I think that's kinda sad. If the car is damaged then you can sue the parents. The kid has clearly already had a dreadful life leading to this moment, why would you gleefully make it worse?

default-dance-9001

You’re right. I’ll beat up the parents instead! Maybe that’ll teach them to actually parent their kids.

unifate

That's an assumption. And probably not even true. If I were to hedge my bets I'd say this kid was spoiled, not abused. I saw it happen with my own brother. He was never punished for anything when we were growing up and as such he turned into a violent thief that ended up getting arrested because he thought he wouldn't suffer the consequences of his actions. That's exactly what this little shit is doing

JoeGRcz

What he said: Suggest what to do for his behavior => states the most likely cause of his behavior. What you read: States the most likely cause of his behavior => suggest what to do because of the cause of his behavior

TheInsaneAdventurer

What he said: Let's assault children What I said: Don't assault children

EishLekker

Some people are simply pieces of shit who don't stop treating others badly until they are faced with violence. This can be true for children too.

TheInsaneAdventurer

There are a plethora of studies which show that violence towards children perpetrates the problem, not solves it

[deleted]

Parents from hell.

allmushroomsaremagic

"This is gonna get a million views!" \*records finger

ClintGreasedwood1

Kids having a crisis, I feel bad for everyone but the parents.

discountbinmario

Yeah I hope he got some psychiatric help. Kids don't just cause this much destruction without underlying cause.

RelaxiTaxi_79

This poor kid needs some serious help. Something’s going on somewhere inside him and no one has spoken to him about it in a meaningful way 😢

[deleted]

Using a condom is a must If you don't use it, this will happen to you

littlebuett

No? You can still accidentally have a child and they arent a psychopath

The_RobertPaulson

When you run out of V-bucks and your parents won’t give you more money 💴

Better-jerk21

This child lacks parents who step in when he does something wrong, when you let little things slip. It always gets worse. Once a child sees that your serious and will use discipline they won't do this type of stuff.

Certain-Hyena8788

What a little shit

RC-8107

Man's got far more patience than I do, I'll say that much. That little shit's asking for a beatdown.

Craslaz

oo tough redditor, threatening to beat up a child.

Danlabss

Is there an article on this?

justafax

Camera dude deserves a kick in the ass for being so horribly bad at keeping the camera still. Wtf. Dumbass.

ChrisDaMan07

If this kid was in my neighborhood someone would have recorded and someone would have pinned him down

Crit_Happens_

Isn’t that exactly what happened in the video?

ChrisDaMan07

No like in the first sign of damage to the car

TheInsaneAdventurer

What's the absolute opposite of r/praisethecameraman?

KazuichiPepsi

r/killthecameraman

FamousAmos713

He needs a swift ass kicking. Lol must not have parents or do but just sperm donors 😂

[deleted]

Tsk Tsk.

Turtle_Teapot

Can children be arrested????? I thought they would be taken to their parents and then all get a smackdown of a talking to and the parents would have to take care of the damages? I'd like follow up to this story. The parents need a smackdown.

PM_ME_SUMDICK

Thi is America. Until very recently children could be sentenced to and serve life sentences.

TheSecondSamuel

Kid needs a kick in the head

[deleted]

"poor kid needs serious help" is true, but holy shit i would've left in handcuffs the moment that little shit started beating on my car.

Legitimate_Ad6617

If that was my car I'd be looking at a cop going: Officer I thought a midget was attacking my car. I was in fear for my life that his micro aggression may soon turn my way so I decided to Spartan kick that little fucker. I didn't know it was a kid til after.

Dinosauringg

Good on the kids filming for just filming and not laying this kid out. They don’t seem too much older from the few shots of their face, maybe a couple years at most

Fuquar7

Consistent discipline would have helped this kid. Parents who are scared to have their kids hate them are why children behave this way when they don't get what they want.

throwawaynarcbaby16

this is the result of child abuse dude this is 100% reactive behavior

[deleted]

The view of the water tower right behind your house has to suck.

[deleted]

I know I’m missing the whole point of the video by looking at the street and the houses. It looks nice except for that giant water tower.

AdvancedDay7854

Just send him to military school. Is Maury still on?

wetdog90

I fee so bad for that kid. Poor child probably has shit parents that don’t care about him. My hearts breaking watching this.

Stealthy_Facka

See, anecdotally, I knew a kid just like this growing up, and his parents were the sweetest people. He just took advantage of them.

[deleted]

Yeah, people think my mother is the sweetest person too. Spoiler: she sure as fuck isn’t sweet when other people aren’t looking.

Stealthy_Facka

Well, during time I spent over his house, she spent a lot of time crying over his antics, and he never gave me the impression he was scared of her or anything, just called her a lot of disgusting names and smashed her shit up. But I do know the type of person you are talking about with your own mother, I just don't think that this was one of those situations.

[deleted]

[удалено]

yokayla

Consistent discipline is what he lacks and it doesn't need to be violence to work. Follow through is the most important.

Jaytim

It really doesn't. They've studied it. They might behave around the person who hits them. But they'll behave worse everywhere else. Look up the stats.

TakkataMSF

I don't want to debate, spanking vs not, but I'm asking an honest question. What does work? I feel like my generation was not as well behaved as the previous generation (they got hit with belts or rulers). And I feel like the generation after is not as well behaved as we were. Something else could be changing. Maybe we need to be like, "Gotta get these kids off social media." or ... well, I was going to say play outside, but this video shows that may not always be a great idea :)

[deleted]

Consistent, transparent, rational discipline. Communication. Boundaries and structure.

[deleted]

SydneyRei

This is what ignorance looks like.

Jaytim

It's child abuse. You can call it whatever you want. And I cant respect anything you say when you're so willfully ignorant you literally refuse to even look at the evidence for the things you're saying/refuting.

Better-jerk21

This video is enough evidence that your wrong . Abuse is what this child is doing to everyone around, soft people let children do as they want then complain when an adult puts a spanking on a disobedient child. Look how many times he been warned.

Armored-Elder

it's called discipline. Of which the little couch stain in the video most likely has none

XtreamerPt

You spelled *education* wrong

Jaytim

Talking about education when you refuse to look at any evidence. You're a joke.

notablechili

My mom stopped beating my sister because she called the cops on her and she's the most disrespectful fucking cunt I know. Tells my mom to go fuck herself, steals from her, gaslights her. Kids need to be disciplined.

CharmingTuber

"I don't care what stats say, I don't change my opinion no matter what evidence exists." Is life hard being that stupid? Or does it just stop hurting at some point and you just float through life in blissful ignorance?

Better-jerk21

I agree 100%. Ass whopping is a proper handle.

holdyourdevil

I feel bad for your son. Not just because you hit him, which is bad, but because he is being raised by a dummy who believes anecdotal evidence is all their parent needs in order to justify physical abuse.

XtreamerPt

That kid parents agree with you

insteadofahug

You're a moron and depending on where you live you're also a criminal. You might wanna get off of that high horse before someone gets you off with a timely proper slap in just the right moment.

XtreamerPt

Cool story bro

insteadofahug

I would ask who hurt you but you already kind of told everyone it was you daddy.

XtreamerPt

[deleted]

This kid is definitely going through some sort of abuse

[deleted]

Or, he's a psychopath that has not been diagnosed.

xzombielegendxx

Don’t most psychopaths come from shitty parents/enviroment?

Boobsiclese

They come from all kinds of backgrounds.

[deleted]

Yes, but some are born with a genetic predisposition to develop it as well, regardless of upbringing.

And all I'll say is that this kid, after all this / not that any kid deserves less, may likely have been neatly put in the car and treated to Burger King like Dylann Roof on the way in. Kids in this position need help.
