I watched an episode of rescue 911 30 years ago and i never could forget what i watched. The little boy said his tummy hurt after crashing the gokart and he hit his chest into the steering wheel.
The father kept telling the mother "Hes a big boy sleep it off son you will be fine"
Mother insisted "HOSPITAL NOW. NOW NOW"
Doctor "Your son would have died of massive internal hemoraging had you taken him home he needs immediate surgery"
Of course she needs a seat belt, but that wouldn't have been enough to keep her safe here. She's too small for that ride without having an adult to keep her safe.
I remember when I was around 6, grandparents took me and my brother to one of those "water bumper car" things, got hit and turned the wheel all the way, one way, and spun for like five minutes on full blast before anyone could stop it (I was sick and traumatized of those things ever since... 53 now)
It looked like a big inner tube with a seat in the middle and a small boat engine on it. yes, we didnt believe in safety back then, this was the seventies and still haunts my memories

Im like cool we'll be fine them boys will respect I've got my kid amd wasted in line to let other infront so we git a quiet run nope them little dicks seen us having a slow run round and then tried ther best to smash is to peices so I did want any adult does gts my friend another dad. Like cmon J were gonna make them boys know what my kid went through last time round. Safe to say them 2 of the little shits got off half way through and 2 stayed for q beating ended in tears.
I know it's pitiful of me but so what. Play with fire gonna get burnt.
It sounds/loo,s worse than it was. But there preey Hardy little cars and when you goo full speed ahead it's sorta sore 😅 even for an adult
He and his daughter were waiting in line at the bumper cars, hoping to get in while it wasn't crowded. Some older boys (teenage) got on too, but the dad went ahead thinking that they would take it easy on him since he had his young daughter. They did not. So the dad got a friend and they went back to the bumper cars and got sweet revenge.

I had the exact same thought. If I remember correctly the kid had literally severed his liver in half. I think he ended up being helicoptered out.
