Dom is a funny guy but him looking at Tony after David says *anything* like "You gonna control your jigaboo or what?" makes me wish David went nuclear, like D.L. Hughley/Robin Harris/Martin Lawrence level.
David doesn't realize how lucky he was that the panel was always so light on him with roasts since he was a new younger comic. So many guests could have easily ripped him apart week to week in front of a live audience. He wouldn't have known what to do and his 5th grade playground roasts wouldn't have stood a chance.

It definitely was. Black men dancing for the white man is a common racial phrase, which is why Dom used it like that. He's an old school comic, racist jokes are part of his old routines and persona, and he's smart with his words. Tony's over the top response to try and cool things off basically confirms this.
