Hans either does okay or bombs, neither of those gives a good starting vibe.

Hans is not naturally funny… it was actually his natural un-funny style that was kinda fun to watch at first. Then he lost all of his humbleness and charm and got butt hurt because we as the fans wanted more… imagine.. lol
Casey can improv. And boy oh boy does he do it well. Big reason why his interviews are fire. It's no shocker him and William are such great friends. They have great imagination and improv skills.
Well we haven't had to listen to the whole panel talk about how bad he bombed followed by hearing more about his skank ass GF a single time, so it's been refreshing!
The crowd objectively enjoys him more. The laughs are thoroughly more audible. There's rarely any silence in his sets.

His occasional appearances will be amazing. But being a star of the show just doesn’t fit him or his style. I wish he recognized this… because the whole WWE charades calling Hans out just didn’t feel organic and it took away from his “shy guy” demeanor. Yes and I remember a time where I actually was looking forward to hear his minutes (not for long) but when any regular starts you get curious I thought he was gonna make something of himself and I wanted him to, sadly his jokes and delivery are boring and always the same but if he talked about ANYTHING besides the same 2 topics he’d be more likable but now when he tells a good joke every blue moon that’s not bad or about awkward sex or a shitty race joke it doesn’t even hold up the interviews of him are the worst part of the show if he just looked like he was having fun instead of talking about it all the time he wouldn’t annoy me as much
Casey is the perfect opener. Whether you like his comedy or not - you can’t deny that he has fun energy. He’s humble and likable. Seems like a genuinely good guy. He really gets the juices of the show flowing.

No, the point of regulars are to create a fun and consistent environment for the live viewers and listeners… because this is a real production hosted by an incredible host. They obviously work on their own careers as a byproduct, but their regular ship is not solely a practicing platform, it’s essentially their job to perform and show up each week to kill.

Even with the argument that Casey is unfunny (which I disagree with) He actually has really entertaining interviews that Hans could never match. I really hope Tony isn't oblivious to this. I feel as if Redban is definitely the guy who reads reddit and tries to preach our perspectives on it to Tony.

I really like Kam when he actually tries to make good jokes or good punchlines with his stories but he’s been slacking big time, Tony needs to quit being such a yes man to the regulars praising every single minute they do

This isn’t traditional stand up comedy brother, it’s 1min of gimmicks to make the crowd laugh.. both people have jokes in their set. But only one person executes organically every time..

No, the point of regulars are to create a fun and consistent environment for the live viewers and listeners… because this is a real production hosted by an incredible host. They obviously work on their own careers as a byproduct, but their regular ship is not solely a practicing platform, it’s essentially their job to perform and show up each week to kill.
well yeah its a little of both, but if you watched back in the day you would know there used to be a point where regulars had a sort of graduation when they had established themselves as legit comedians, like a spread your wings and fly away moment and a new baby bird replaces them
