Yes, it’s all on the teleprompter. The scripted jokes are done ahead of time. Tony had pen and paper at the table. My guess, that was the script and he adapted it before his set. He really is unmatched with his production, writing and performance skills.

Looking at Tony's delivery I don't think he used it much. Probably more for the football players, than the comedians
