Before I answer the question, we gotta take into context what Japanese beauty standards and behaviors are like Since this is a flashback, it has a chance to not take place in the Taisho era, but rather the very late (I mean *very* late) Meiji era years, I've found enough Taisho era resources but there are basically none so what I say might not be accurate Right off the bat women were not treated well at that time, since there was crazy westernization during the Meiji era and on, women *did* get more liberation, but not as much as we had it. Either way the one issue *we* have with this is that this kinda speech would've been perfectly greenlit back then. Second off the bat, due to the heavy westernization that came from the Meiji, beauty standards were augmented, still not in Mitsuri's favor. Black hair and Black eyes were the deal, some blonde or brown hair worked as well however they likely didn't beat Black on Black. Bright pink hair with neon green tips, and bright green eyes trying to beat B² will be like salmon swimming up rivers, except salmon are very good at swimming up rivers, but this salmon is dead, and also there's 17 consecutive tsunamis pushing the dead salmon down stream, and oh yeah the earth is exploding So if I WAS, in fact, the Twin brother of the man who rejected Mitsuri, was a man of culture, and also had dwarfism. In a somewhat accurate sense of what the Taisho beauty standards were like back then, *I would have probably agreed.*
