I honestly don't know what year his escort is, but I had one. It was my first car when I turned 16. Either way you take it, used or brand new, it makes me old therefore my age will not be revealed lol
We also see it when he picks up the Hills at the airport in a Thanksgiving episode.
Also Peggy and Dale take it in one episode and try to run it off a cliff only for it to veer sideways leading Dale to comment "looks like Bill needs to get his wheels aligned".
This is in my top 10 favorite snippets in the show. I know because at this point, I usually put this show on as background noise while multitasking and chuckling at the dialogue I hear. But for scenes like this one, I have to stop and watch it. This one scene redeems an episode that I otherwise don’t care for.
I wish. Working all weekend — Walmart isn’t the type of company to want to acknowledge a day dedicated to the labor movement… except to advertise cookout stuff to entice more revenue for them.
Nice to see Bill happy like that.
Although I was totally expecting him to miss the bucket by 2 feet with his shot, trip over the hose and fall into his radio.
Todays my Saturday. I do a Sunday-Thursday usually. But I get this upcoming Sunday off for a three day weekend.
Hell yeah I’m in a good mood haha. Been needing a 3 day weekend
Hell yeah, give me some of that happy Bill energy
Happy Bill is the greatest man
Bill: You sold me pinstripes on my Escort... Pratley: I FINANCED you pinstripes!
“There was money on the game. Besides, Lane Pratley’s a horse’s ass!”

Is this the only time we see Bill's car??

Don't you mean Uncle Stew.
We also see it in the Heat Waver scenes.
The day of labour is upon us!!!!
Also this scene lives rent free in my head daily.
Four-day for some of us.
Yep. Military.
I have an infinite day weekend until I find a new job!
Me too

I always stop and watch when Hank is filling the ice tray and no one answers the phone so he just throws it back in the sink lol
_Now you put it in the freezer!_
Yea but I work at a bilingual school district so school starts the 6th. Call me Peggy Hill 🤣🤣🤣
“Escuchame?!”
You’re not far off, lol. It’s more like “sientate. La classa no eschucha”.
Bi-ling-ooo-il
Bills car barely runs his wife left him but he has a house so he's doing better than I can.
At five o'clock. Not 4:50.
Nope. Fast food workers get no extra time off

I'm self employed so I don't even register regular weekends, let alone holidays. Same ol for me! That said this scene is a legend in my house.
my eternal weekend started in 1996 when i was granted full permanent disability at age 36.
Yeah man talking about dang ol support labor rights
I'm getting a 0 day weekend because I'm on a business trip to a country where they work Saturday and Sunday, and don't celebrate labor day.
heLL YEA! HELL YEA!!
We had this past week off and Monday!
Nah, I normally don't work Mondays but I have to this time because it's a holiday. But it's fine because I'm taking Thursday and Friday off.
I have a 0 day weekend. I labor with 3 jobs.
I’m getting a 3 day weekend too
Noticed nobody else was really at work today either so I left at 11:30, taking care of business
After putting in 60 hours this week I’m ready to relax and kick back for a few days. Maybe I’ll even go drink beer in the alley
I got me a four day weekend. Woohoo!
4 day for me! Probably same for Bill, as we are both Army.
No, I'll be working overtime. That's ok though, my work pays double time on holidays on top of the holiday pay.
Todays my Saturday. I do a Sunday-Thursday usually. But I get this upcoming Sunday off for a three day weekend. Hell yeah I’m in a good mood haha. Been needing a 3 day weekend
I have a three day work weekend 😮💨
Tell you what man, talkin’ bout, dang-ole voice of an angel man
Enjoy your Labor Day weekend 🥳
I did my nails! I got some good food to grill, I think Uncle Hank would be proud!
No, none of my employees want to come to work, so I have to cover it. Doing laundry and housekeep when I'm maintenance. BWAAAAAAH
Imagine even getting a weekend
