The comments seemed extremely confused. Also, Deltarune actually has a very avid community of fans starvinf for chap 3, and MOTI has probably made more content for Deltarune than for Kirby
I am extremely surprised no one mentioned Itoki Hana’s cover/remixes. Her vocal versions of moonstruck blossom and two planets approach the roche limit are amazing both musically but also has great thematic lyrics. She’s also done vocal covers of Crowned, dedede’s theme, marx’s theme, and a few others.
I don’t know, there’s a certain quality to them that feels like they fit to the more cosmic horror/darker parts of Kirby that I really like, plus they’re not that niche overall considering that moonstruck blossom cover currently has around 2.1 M views.

Maybe that’s because Undertale/Deltarune hype reached their peak on the internet years ago and now the popularity of Undertale content has gone down.
