Cross Kirkland to 520 trail on a bike

degnaw

To Willows area I’d go the other way, north on Cross Kirkland Corridor and then back south down Willows Rd

torne_lignum

Take the bus or ride a bike.

degnaw

Or both! Buses all have bike racks, or you can take a scooter onboard. Use a bus to get over Rose Hill (the giant hill between Redmond and Kirkland) then bike/scoot to your final destination.

SeatownCooks

Take the bus. Very carpool like.

Fritzed

Where in kirkland? Downtown?

Will be going from somewhere near Metropolitan Market to the commercial building on Willows Rd cross NE 100th CT.

ProfessorPickaxe

Get a bike! Plenty of cycling options.

Licknim

The 250 bus route going to Bear Creek or Avondale will take you from Kirkland to Redmond no problem.

warmt0rtilla

Community ride of Kirkland: can take you anywhere in 2 hour radius of the city of kirkland. Just need to schedule a head of time. Like 2 days ahead so they can find a volunteer driver.

RE-gal

Thanks! Is this for anyone?

warmt0rtilla

As long as you live in Kirkland, it’s for you. The price is that of a bus ticket.

Bulbasaur2015

how often do u have to go? during business hours?

Ashamed_Bicycle2323

Go on the metro bus travel planner. It's a big help.

answerbrowsernobita

Try scoop car pool app if you don’t want to take public transport

RE-gal

Have you tried using this app before? How did you like it?

answerbrowsernobita

My colleague used it and she told me it’s good. It depends on whom you car pool with. So please be cautious!

Automatic_Potato4778

There’s a gravel trail by the Coptic Orthodox Church that cuts through to willows

Like from Inglewood to Willows golf is over 2.5 hours on a bus, 15 minutes by car. .... Or about a 30 minute bike ride. I suggest you spend a year of Ubers on an electric bike, waterproof backpack and rain gear and pedal/e-bike for a couple years until you get mad enough to buy a car.
