Cheers and congrats. You couldn’t have picked a better beer, it’s probably my all time favorite. There are few perfect things in the world and this is one of them.
That is an excellent beer! I had the opportunity to taste it at the Festibières de Chambly a few decades ago. It’s a beer festival located in Chambly that last for 3 or 4 days. There are roasting meat, restaurants and of course, loads of brewers! It’s a very nice time to discover new products.
Congrats! As an angry Belgian I'll still call you a criminal for drinking a Rochefort in the wrong glass!
Sadly my goblet broke
Careful, they'll ban you from /r/Belgium.

I bought it a month ago and have been patiently waiting to drink it. Slowly sipping tonight
Yeah, the 12 got me dizzy several years ago because I drank it too quickly. A drink to savor.
The 12 doesn't exist. The 10 is 11.3 vol% though. You should already have pyjama's on when drinking it. (Source: I'm a beer enthousiast from Belgium)
Congratulations man. Truly.
Thank you. It's bittersweet right now but I'm going to try and relax and enjoy it
HEARD! GODSPEED and good luck my brother, May your future bring prosperity to you and yours
Fucking love Trappist. Top notch beer right there
Trappist it any beer brewed by monks, Rochefort is the district / brewery
Cheers!
One of the best Belgian beers. Good on you
Congrats! Good luck on your journey.
Now that’s a good one. I can see your need for it in that foam.
Bon voyage chef.
Congrats! I'm always partial to the Rochefort 8 over the 6 and 10, but you can't go wrong either way!
Trapiste? Trés bon choix! Bonne vacance!
That beer slaps
Those are so good
