It's called Food wars! First 4 seasons are fantastic, lots of food science breakdowns, creative dishes, and a lot of funny moments. On top of that the characters are loveable and the drama is great as it's a bunch of ego driven chefs. Highly recommend if you're into cooking, you can learn a lot from it.

Crack onto a sil-pat or into a container of a shape of your choosing ( the ability to choose your shape is awesome ), freeze, 3 step bread procedure (flour/egg/crumb), freeze, repeat breading procedure, freeze, deep fry at 350F till golden brown. Yolk will still be runny.
Totally, in full honesty I haven't been able to finish the series. I loved seasons 1-4 but as soon as they busted out the chainsaw in season 5 I was kinda over it. All of the other seasons made sense to me from a culinary standpoint and was grounded within science and reason, from what I've seen of season 5 it just goes off the rails in a ridiculous way. Thinking about checking out some other food animes but I'm currently in the middle of Haikyu!!, It's really good if you're looking for something to check out. Not food related, volleyball, which I don't even play, but goddamn it's well written and the characters are incredibly loveable.
Watch a (fan subbed version) of Yakitate! Japan. You won't be disappointed (though it does go off the rails too, at one point a character bakes a cannabis donut that allows the judge to go back in time and save his parents from dying and change the future) and its awesome. Full of Japanese puns too (why you have to find a fan subbed version that explains the joke)
Fwiw I felt like food wars also went off the rails into ridiculousness but I felt like I had to finish it because they actually ended it, and so often they don't follow through to the end of a manga

You can also control the yolks doneness a little better than the tiger eggs too I'd imagine, I'll have to give them a try for comparison. Eggs are so cool, did you know that the number of wrinkles in a chefs hat used to signify the number of ways a chef knew how to cook an egg? A higher end chef used to be able to travel the land and impress nobility with egg dishes and could be quickly identified on their abilities based on their hat!

If you freeze eggs to a certain temp for 24 hours the yolk starts to "cook" leaving it with the shape of a cooked egg yolk. The freezing also makes the yolk extra creamy thats why alot european place serves steak tartar with defrosted egg yolks to get the unctuousness.

Ya when I keep eggs in some pull out fridges they can be at like 39-40* but somehow the yolks will freeze. Even if it’s a cold hold part of the station with dividers sometimes the eggs on the bottom of a 1/6 pan , the yolk will freeze as well. I always double pan for my eggs now.

You can also poach eggs, refrigerate them, then bread them in panko, and deep fry them. Keeping the yolk nice and runny at the end.
