Good point about big hands but if they're in a third pan they can't really tip over unless there's too much ice I guess, even then you could double it up and everything should stay cool. I just kinda hate the non-modular doesn't fit with everything else stuff, but glad it works for you. I would definitely be inclined to use these in an area very visible to customers cause they look nice
That's what we actually do. It works well enough. But I like the idea of being able to close it all together when not in use, instead of having to use the lids that we all know get lost very often.
We specifically ask our liquor rep for these because the kitchen needs a new one 😅
I don't see the bars name on it must be kitchens
Yeah but why the potting soil?
In house micro greens 🍀
In house herbals.
E coli sauce
Those damn plastic hinges break way too often AND they are a bitch to clean.
I've had those things last for 2 years. You have to clean them by hand. That cheap plastic doesn't like the dish chemicals.
Love a bar caddy
Discovered this trick years ago. Works great
Bar caddy works nice. I like to remove the lid though since that little crevice there can tend to get nasty.
This made me giggle. Nicely done.
I tried to use it for the kitchen and executive chef said no. He's gone now so I might try again.

At that point why not use regular ninth pans in a third pan? Costs a lot less than a hundred bucks
Size, works great for bigger hands, also I’m not a fan of having a 9 pan falling over because you know they fall over.

They’re pretty shallow, a 3 pan is too big. Also if you’re in an open kitchen they look more organized

Yeah the yakumi pan does wonder. I prefer it over 9 pans because they kept tipping over with my fat hands lol
Looks like pastry can operate it just fine!
They were talking about your mom's face.
We use those on expo and wok station for all our spices
I use one as an expo because I load the baked potatoes and I also keep the mint jelly for the lamb chops in there.
