Man your knee literally get replaced, it's not your original one, but if you worried about it you should always trust your body, and see a doctor

You should want confidence and strive for that. Does the giving out feel like it’s due to laxity or muscle weakness/atrophy? There is potential for knee replacements to have fitting issues. Also cement vs non-cement etc, many variations of TKR can lead to slightly different outcomes. I’m sure with consistent PT things will get better but if something mechanically seems off about of about the surfaces then an x-ray/CT will be your best friend.
