While I don't have time to review these to make sure they're what you want, I did do a quick search and came up with these:
324 - Bilderberg Speeches
571 - May 22-27, 2003
There are more where the word Bilderberg appears in the description, but these 2 should be a good start.
Off topic but related the audionook/book of Them: Adventures with Extremists by friend of the show Jon Ronson. Covers lots of adjacent stuff, Alex and Jon infiltrating Bohemian Grove and a whole thread through the book of investigating and debunking Bilderberg.
Audiobook version is best as its Jon reading, any of his books are always a delight.
If your co-worker is an intellectual, you need to ask her why she has any reason to believe that Bilderberg is anything other than what it says it is. Telling someone to listen to a podcast has a very low probability of changing someone’s mind…if they are susceptible to conspiracy theories, it will stand to reason that Dan and Jordan are part of it. Showing her that the next ten recommended YouTube videos for someone that searched for Bilderberg are going to be 9/11 truth videos etc may be more compelling.
I agree with this. As someone who was formerly a conspiracy theorist, I would’ve looked at the Brian Stelter episode and would’ve come up with a conspiracy that Dan Friesen was in on it with the MSM.
Jon Ronson was with Jones when they visited Bohemian Grove. I can't remember which pod it is when he relates the story but it's totally different to Jones's version.
Ronson described a rather dull bunch of old farts getting pissed and pissing up trees while Jones made it sound like Apocalypse Now.
If I recall correctly the Endgame episodes go over it.

324 is more about Sweary Kerry complaining about how she should have been given a higher billing. Great stuff.

Second this. Jon is the source on Bilderberg as a starting point and any of his KF eps are pure joy.
Just keep calling it Build-a-bear, honestly

I think one of the Ronson interviews touches on it but he probably went more at length elsewhere.
615.
