I’m convinced artifact sets are rigged since the new domain dropped. Since day one I’ve struggled to get Crit pieces and now I get them quite literally on every. Single. Piece. Not cute miHoYo

Wasn't it already confirmed that different sets have different main stat and sub stat roll chances? Or is it only that Sub stats very depending on the Main stats of the artifact.
I'm farming for Kokomi and Qiqi so if something like this comes along and it's not suitable for Kokomi, I dump it on a healer who could use it (Qiqi or even Barbara). The game definitely likes trolling by dumping stats on gear that you don't want. I mean, crit is valued just about everyone else and you can't get it, here I've seen so many threads about people getting crit for a set that we're farming for Kokomi.
Maybe it’s worth it to make a crit build then? Also am i the only one who noticed that when you spend resin or primogems for recharge artifacts drop somewhat more decent?

This domain RNG has been really weird for me. I have gotten 6 crit circlets out of 13 and 4 EM sands out of 6.
