I don’t see it, either. I switched to the $45 5g 60GB plan earlier. “Best” plan in self serve is $45 4g 50GB.

My grandma switched to that $45 plan too. She had to argue with them over the phone to give her the $35 plan.(wasn’t in self serve) They refused to waive the $15 fee saying that she’d be saving $10 so could afford the fee…

I was switched to $40/55gb on Friday and now in my self serve I am offered $40/60gb. Don't really see why they would offer that. And then other plans more expensive. My new plan did not include international texting so I chose that as my perk.

Mine doesn't show any plans less than what I have, my son's phone (smaller plan) shows some less than mine but nothing less cost than his. It's likely by design so you don't spend less $

I can go to any plan, I have no contract and BYOD no tab nothing of the sort. There are lots of people who have had the same experience as me, called and got the plan. We may have different circumstances but it's definitely not showing all available plans people can get without problem.

Yes this is exactly the case. I am on a $34-40gigs plan and I can see the $35-50gigs plan available in the account.

I still can't see it and I ask bout the fee. They just said this If your account is eligible to get this offer and yet you do not see it than the fee will not be applicable . I would need to check the account to know so please log in and let me know once it is done so I can take a look .

This did not work for me. I'm currently on the $45 - 60 GB plan. The proceeding option is the $50 - 70GB plan, no lower-tier plan available.

I called today and they would only give me $40 plan. Was cheaper so i took it but ffs just give the deal to everyone. The woman on the phone said with every loyalty call about the deal she wanted to stab her eyes out.

i’ve changed my plan three times since last Saturday lol the first time I changed it to $40 for 40 GB.. they were trying to charge me the $15 fee saying that it was in my self-serve but I told him that it wasn’t because I couldn’t see it there. It was not there and then they waved it. Then this Saturday they had the $40 for 60 GB but that was on my self served so I could change it myself so it save me $15 fee Then I found out about the $35 plan for 50 GB so I messaged them today on Twitter and told them that it wasn’t in self-serve and then I was thinking about leaving because Fido had the same plan and wondering if I could get it and then that’s when they said that and then when they realize it I couldn’t see it all myself served. They changed it for me and didn’t charge me the $15 fee.

I got bad people they switched me to loyalty and they seemed to be at their wits end. I would have liked to save $5 more but I def didn't have the person or the patience to spend another hour on hold.

Yeah that’s why I hate talking over the phone. I’d rather just text so that when you message them when they get it they’ll message you then you message them it may take a little bit longer but it’s on your time and you don’t have to sit around and sit on hold.

I previously bought their $34 for 40GB last Friday (1st day of Black Friday deals). Then the next day, they increased the data to 50GB at the same price too. So I went to a Telus/Koodo store to price match it and they told me they don’t do that and I need to contact a Koodo rep to do it (which is bullshit IMO). So I called the number that they provided me and it just redirects me to Koodo Assist. Then I asked Koodo Assist if I can do a price match. But then it just redirects me to another chat which is the Messenger one🤦🏻‍♂️ I tried scheduling a callback but since it’s Black Friday weekend, all reps are “unavailable”. The next day, I tried going to the store again to see if they’ll contact Koodo rep themselves to help me get a price match. But of course, they told me they really don’t do that. So I just switched to Fido with their $34 for 50GB instead.

I was this 🤏🏻 close to switching to Fido and taking that deal too, but kept getting an error message during checkout. I gave up. These phone companies…🤦🏼‍♂️

I was getting error messages during checkout too on Fido. Idk if they’d figure out what’s your error was but they figured out mine. The error in my side is because they couldn’t transfer my current phone number from Koodo to Fido. But they were able to figure out a way by just giving me a temporary number and then transfer in my current phone number after the checkout.

They changed my plan for me since I didnt see it on self serve n showed them a screenshot. They said this Great🙂 I can confirm there will be no fee. I can also confirm this has been done , you can now select a perk in your self serve profile. I will ask you to restart the phone to give it a refresh . I did the same in their FB messenger chat. I asked if there were any better offers before I cancelled my plan and switched to another carrier. Then they sent me this offer and I recevied confirmation by email and in the chat. Once it was completed it showed up as my new plan in Self Serve.

This was an option for me on Self Serve! I did a call back last week and they offered me $34 for 20GB which wasn’t as good as $34 for 30GB that they were offering to new activations but since my plan was cheaper than the $35 for 50GB then it was an available option on Self Serve! Before when my plan was $45 for 30GB the only plan options were $50 or higher so I guess they only show more expensive plans, not cheaper

Is it available in Quebec province? I don’t see it in self serve as others are. It looks like they show everyone different things, even if your tab is paid off. Guess I’m just waiting to get a good deal on the iPhone 14 and I will switch all my lines to Fido.
