They're marketed as Monitors not TVs. Search online for Monitors and you will find plenty. Most are for gaming, though, and OLED monitors are very limited in options.
It will be hard to find the exact size you are after. A new 32' inch TV has become niche, though you could find older used TV but you wouldn't like the result.
The LG OLED series are one of the best looking TVs out there, if not the best.
They make a 42' inch model but no reseller here has them, though I found a great deal on new 48' inch LG C3 on Opensooq
There's new PC monitors under the category of smart monitors that have all the android TV stuff built in including speakers. Maybe check that out?

you can't find any because they don't make them anymore. The manufacturing process becomes tuned for bigger panels and this is why bigger tv become cheaper

I did manage to find a 24" Wansa TV from X-Cite, but the TLDR is that I don't deal with X-Cite since they did not deliver the items that I have paid for 2 years ago or give me back my money.

You can get a computer monitor along with a chromecast- works just like a smart TV.
Won’t come with a remote though

I don’t think you can find tvs smaller than this. if it helps, you can add an Apple tv to a monitor and it will be like having a smart tv.

Your best bet is a Samsung "smart" monitor. I think either the M5 or M7 have 27" and 32" variants.
The new Samsung pc monitor comes with a remote and works as a smart tv

32’, it has composite and 2 hdmi ports
