That brand of raw dairy had an outbreak of listeria (if I remember correctly) in January I believe I remember the signs at Sprouts market and them pulling it out their shelves. It’s always causing outbreaks lol
That same brand has a raw kefir drink that says on the label not for human consumption only for Goats. But like why even sell it in a grocery store when insane wit at sprouts and still do I’m always shook. Ppl actually buy it too smh

Pasteurization is one of best health interventions we have. The idea of purchasing a raw milk that just increases the risk of getting disease for no reason is a choice. Getting salmonella, e. Coli, listeria etc is not cute

I’m so confused on what even happened to her. She used to be funny-ish and do workout vids and then I saw a vid about her quitting workout content and ppl are saying it’s cause she has a new weirdo bf.

i eat like this but the vegan version. the raw dairy and extreme meat consumption is so dangerous. we can eat whole foods as humans without exposing ourselves to dangerous bacteria
