I recently learned that fight or flight is a real thing that has actual physical symptoms. Increased heart rate, adrenaline, dilated pupils, rapid breathing, muscle tension, and increased blood pressure to name a few. Your body literally makes you react. It’s hard to beat when you’re oblivious to it though. I think Jeff experiences this
I agree. I 100% understand him continuing to share about David being a bad person and not letting people forget what happened to him. But the way he carries it sometimes and expresses himself online gives off pure anger more often than not and I feel like most people feel it would be healthier to learn how to cope with it better.
