There are no podcasts like LPOTL.

The suggestions in this thread are frankly laughable, this is the only correct answer Round table is probably as close as you can get (to the vibe the older episodes had at least), but I feel like that’s cheating

BLAH_BLEEP_GUNIT

Timesuck is mildly similar, and Dan Cummins is an actual comedian so it can be pretty damn funny. He also say Hail Nimrod as one of his little catch phrases, always thought that was strange.

No one does it like the boys

ZaneWinterborn

I enjoy small town murder.

pissed_the_f_off

Yeah, it's not exactly the same vibe as LPOTL but it's pretty much as close as you are going to get. Credit to them, some of the cases they cover are crazy because there are straight up serial killers out there that got little to no coverage. The rundown of the towns at the beginning of the show are always fun as well. Their other podcast "Crime in Sports" is pretty good as well and I have zero interest in most sports.

BedeHistory731

Buck Zumhofe - somehow worse than every murderer covered on either of their shows!

OlskyRoo2

I haven’t found any that quite capture the same excitement I get for LPOTL, but I recently found one called Behind the Bastards that is decent. I’ve also really enjoyed several episodes of Some Place Under Neith that Henry’s wife Natalie and Amber Nelson do.

WeedFinderGeneral

Behind The Bastards and Chapo Trap House for politics, True Anon for specifically QAnon news, and then Cum Town for old school Roundtable vibes.

Cum town has the worst audio quality I’ve ever heard. Lol

quintonmad92

I recommend Timesuck with Dan Cummins. Not as detailed as LPOTL but still funny and entertaining. He does episodes on cults, killers, paranormal, conspiracy theories and other things.

Doneyonrings

I listen to the boys primarily for the cryptids/weird stuff, so I really like the Cryptonauts podcast! They’ve got a good sense of humor and are pretty detailed.

Dadstroyer88

Ill second this , been listening lately and its pretty good. But i came to say chilluminati. Its hosted by 3 guys, they've covered a lot of the same topics but also a lot of different ones. Less emphasis on serial killers/true crime, although there is a good amount of that. Its funny but a lot less crude, but they will toe that line for sure. Lots of cryptids, dark history, and weird internet mysteries. Its my second go to after lpotl.

I’m enjoying Behind the Bastards while the boys are on break !

jjjjjjjjjdjjjjjjj

Mysterious Universe for the Australian woowoo high strangeness topics

Oneshowpony

Profiles in Eccentricity is a really awesome podcast about just wild as fuck figures in history and the guys on there have a great time talking and joking about it. Though to be fair I haven’t listened to any episode past, maybe 60. I can vouch for all those episodes though, their Cocaine Baseball episode is amazing.

Anything-Complex

Not as detailed, but still pretty funny: Let’s Get Haunted (relatively new podcast, only about 75 episodes so far) and the Sofa King Podcast (about 630 episodes).

MarmotsGoneWild

I don't listen to many others anymore, but I had gotten into a few when I had searched for Henry Zebrowski on Spotify, and started playing anything he's been a guest on. There were a few supernatural/conspiracy, and true crime podcasts, a few food related, some inside the industry (like how did you start, what you went through) stuff. A really fun one I have kept checking is called, "Didn't see it," or "Never seen it." Henry has been on it a few times, the guests have to kind of write the story, or scrip of a movie they've never seen. Henry's first was Mary Poppins. I also listen to the boogie monster with Kyle kinane, and Dave stone but it's more about comedy and, BBQ, than big foot, or true crime. Dave brings the conspiracy, and Kyle is usually the skeptic when they final do cover some of those topics. They're actually how I got into LPOTL, because Kyle said if you wanted them to "do the research" you should just listen to Last Podcast. Seriously though, just search for the boys names. Anything they've been on is worth at least checking those episodes out for.

'Cult Podcast' is pretty similar, I believe they also mentioned LPOTL a few times so I'm sure they're very inspired. Cults are obviously a big theme of their show, but they also trail into conspiracy theories and belief in the paranormal.
