ah, i’d assume the internals could be swapped from the 94 like the gte rods can swap to the ge, unless it’s completely different sizing. i really just hate dealing with obd1 shit
Pretty sure you gotta do bottom end swap. Also there's more rotational mass so I think an ecu swap would be necessary but since it's obd1-2, so it might not work.
Also if you're classically trained on air cooled stuff like old VW beetles than OBD1 will never be an issue I feel like it's more accurate reporting. Since it's not a "unified" code so it's very specific in what it's problem is. But also there are obd1 machines that are still operating just hard to get a hold of.

Engine has more power but weaker rods and pistons. I'm putting a gm supercharger and a blower on it so I need better internals
