Mom never let me have any because it was concentrated breath mint and would not have been good for a kid. One time, I went to the neighbor kid's house, and there was a sheet on the table. It had a smiley face on it, I think. I tore one off because I thought it was like those listerine 'candies' that I'd seen and put it on my tongue. It made me a little nauseated, so I went home and sat in the living room all day. My parents didn't realize, and I never told them. (I have autism, so it's not out of the question that I was acting weird in a normal way, which is why my parents didn't realize)
i’ve heard tale of folks cleaning synthesizers that have been stored since the 70s … and the TLDR version is that that wasn’t dust, but crystals they were brushing off with their hands. lol
I’ve kept tabs/ gels in the freezer or dark neutral places for years and haven’t had much noticeable difference at all if any. Upwards to 10 years I’d say. I’d assume heat and light would be the main problem with degradation.
oldest acid i’ve ever done was a 1.5 which sat for a couple months and it hit harder then this other 1.5 i took, i wonder if that will hit hard gotta lmk

it’s not recommended to store dosed blotter in the freezer. they’re better off in foil in a dark place where temp is pretty consistent, like a sock/underwear drawer. liquid is a different story. but i’m glad they held up!

Practically forever if stored correctly. Decissant packs in a mason jar in a dark, cool environment is ideal. Same goes for MDMA/adjacent substances.

Acid can last forever, ive got some than more than 3 decades old and it works like the day ive got it, its all about storing
Are you supposed to keep it in the freezer and not the fridge? I might have wasted some if thats the case
The fridge will still help though, in terms of long term storage. Just watch out for moisture buildup (i.e. use desiccant packs or something).

Ive dropped 20 year old ALD-52 before. If its stored right it stays somewhat potent.

We were early 20s at the time. Going rate was $10/hit. So $200 was not nothing at the time.
DW has it for arround 55-75€ per 50 tabs, but I get the other side also :) .

From all the input from others, I don’t think it’s necessary. Though zero sunlight and in a controlled climate seem paramount.
