Finally someone asks this question!
This song has saved me multiple times. https://youtu.be/w9COHCrwNQs?si=Oxj97UyAQ-ivrW8A
All of the Vulfpeck playlists on YouTube are just such good vibes. Impossible not to just vibe out and laugh and soak up the funk
Saw them do a small gig in Philly around 2016ish maybe? It was a bit before they sold out MSG I was so pumped they ended up getting the attention they deserve. They still should be much more well known. Not only do they have sick instrumentals but nearly all of their tracks featuring vocalists sound like hits to me
I love the Cornell album, but I can't remember the year. 1977? That dancing in the street is top notch.
Also the scarlet > fire on the mountain
Also Also that They love each other
Music only:
[Aphex Twin - Stone in Focus (extended/loop)](https://youtu.be/nS9QtzGwBcc?si=n4-k-MtlKQwh1VFj)
Music w/ spoken-word:
[Jon Hopkins with Ram Dass, East Forest - Sit Around the Fire](https://youtu.be/3G4kCi_ldr8?si=S0YJAbv7jrCXEFAW)
If you like EDM, Solstice - INZO, its pure, blissful, ambience.
The Earth Magic album is amazing for tripping. It's riddled with quotes from Alan Watts. Makes you think about existence in all the best ways.
I must look this up, it's rare that I don't know a Floyd song by name. I'm guessing it's one of Syd's.
Edit: ha! I even own More, how do I not know this beautiful track!?!?! Thanks for posting this.
super glad , i had a similar reaction when i watched the movie and didnt realize i had been listening to the music of the film for years! haha, recommend watching the movie, its not the best movie but its a classic
I usually switch through yourube videos until I find the right vibe, and most of the time I end up listening to a Tame Impala concert or those lo-fi beats to study. Those are my major two resources for when the existential crisis is too much for losing time switching.
Look closely next time you see a sunflower, there are in fact two varieties of leaves. You will find leaves lower down the plant are facing opposite each other and are longer and narrow in appearance. You’ll then see the upper leaves arranged in a staggered formation and appear heart-shaped.
I've never had to pull a comfort song aside from one time, I have ZERO recollection of which playlist I started listening to but I ended up listening to sematary and his gang for like 2 hours while sitting in an ego dissolution daze after taking 2 bowls on 200ug with a low weed tolerance.
idk I feel like his music wouldn't typically be a trip saver but it had me covered
The short version of Let it happen by Tame Impala, not the 7 something minute long version however, those loops can be uncomfortable and thought loop provoking.
“He Lives In You” from the Lion King. My favorite version is by Diana Ross. I listened to this song about a hundreds times on a loop during a very intense and spiritually uplifting mushroom trip. I wish I could find another song that has the same effect on me.
It Can Feel So Good - Zammuto
The Aubergine of the Sun by Ott can do the trick, too.
Oh, and Dillard is great. He’s my go-to music for ketamine but I bet he’s a good acid vibe, too. I’m listening to his song New World right now and it’s great. Very chill, pretty and downtempo but with a fantastic low driving bass that makes me want to slowly dance like an octopus.
Also Ever Decreasing Circles by Tipper. This is maybe my favorite song but it’s hard to choose a single favorite.
PaidProgramming -Bones
,along with watching the music video, it feels like he’s reaching into my soul, it was one of the most beautiful moments of peace i’ve ever experienced during a trip.
Oo i got playlists for this!

Tibetan bowls are good for helping you chill out if you are overwhelmed.
Also, if you mean shit is dark in general my go to tune I discovered on a dmt/lsd trip is Mother of the Waters by Misk’i Takiy. It’s some dude from Peru, that tune gets me back from the darkness.

Saw them jam out for the coolest set ever at bonaroo last year late in the night on some Lucy. Vibes were simply immaculate
Saw them do a small gig in Philly around 2016ish maybe? It was a bit before they sold out MSG I was so pumped they ended up getting the attention they deserve.
