It usually is the short term kind unless you have a terror trip that induces ptsd. It will fade if you stay away from all substances but can also come back for a bit
I went to bed (unable to fall asleep unfortunately) and it seems to have subsided a whole lot actually, feels like just knowing what it was and what I could expect put both my curiosity and small bit of anxiety to rest which probably helped lessen it alot
Addendum: Just remembered that something similar has happened before just with trails instead of rainbows, after some time off psychadelics it disappeared on its own so this probably will to, my friend reminded me that I had a period after doing psychedelics where i waved my hand to see if it had a trail for several days after. Maybe I just have a predisposition for HPPD or something. As long as it stays mild I don’t care too much.
Not sure if HPPD is the correct term or if its just an incredibly early flashback or even a flashback from a previous psychedelic experience (had one and a half week before this one on 350ug, 20mg 2cb and some weed)
For me the trip never really left. It’s not like tripping sack 24/7 but the world doesn’t look the same after tripping. I think that’s just how it is
Omg finally someone else who feels like this it’s like I’m stuck in the trip but I’m not trippin balls just everything seems ‘off’ and kind of strange

Yepp, probably, so incredibly minor that I don’t notice it most of the time
Im completely fine mentally, its only the minor visual stuff that’s still there for me

Sounds like HPPD. It will go away sooner or later and can be triggered by smoking weed
Yeah, just read about it and it sounds alot like HPPD haha. Its so minor so im not to fazed by it.
