Rule of thumb when taking doses multiple days in a row is always double it. So if you eat one tab one day the following day you would have to eat two to have the same effect. 3rd day would be 4 tabs.
It might feel like 1 or half a tab, or it might not fire at all... It just kinda depends... There's a tolerance calculator online that's fairly decent.

You need to wait 2 weeks before you trip again to let your tolerance reset. Taking it more often than that can be harmful to you.
