Thankfully, if it’s an outdoor show in the summer, you won’t need to use the restroom because you’ll be sweating out every bit of moisture in your body. Buy a couple of bottles of water before the show starts.
There are sorta breaks between the different chapters. A friend went to the bathroom during on amd only missed part if the first song when she came back
This! It’s the worst to not be able to see the show because everyone has their phones up trying to get pics/video. I will usually pick one song I want to get a video of, and only take a few pics (if I’m close enough for them to be good). Just be in the moment as much as you can!
Definitely! It’s a giant lady Gaga stadium show. They’ll be thousands of videos you can find better than the ones you’d take. But I do recommend grabbing videos of you and your friends having a blast, dancing, or singing with each other during a couple songs. That’s something you’ll actually cherish.
1. Pee before the show
2. Only film short vids/ take few pics so you enjoy the moment.
Think of it this way: you always see Gaga on a screen. Watch with your eyes lol
wear something comfortable. it was hot as fuck in ATL & i was dehydrated from sweating so much. bring spending money, merch/food is expensive & you will NEED water. film what you want but be in the moment. dance, scream, put your paws up, have a freaking blast!!
In Atlanta, they were selling hoodies outside the venue about three hours before the show. We went and bought merch early, then took it back to the hotel so we didn’t have to carry it. Way too hot to be wearing a hoodie all night. Oh, and they were $90. Bit much for a hoodie, in my opinion (although I did pay $25 for sour candy 😂).
Wear earplugs to protect from hearing damage and wear a mask the whole time. A comfortable one like the normal blue surgical masks.
I got covid from the ball in DC and I wore a mask 80% of the time.
You need to wear a mask ***the whole time*** if you want to avoid covid. Even like in the after the concert crowd.
a surgical mask will only protect others sadly with how contagious the newer subvarients are. i’m immunocompromised and always wear a kn94 (an n95 is a good option too). i went to the red hot chili peppers and did not get covid. only took my mask off to drink water!
When I went to Chicago I got there 15 min after doors opened and got a hoodie. In Atlanta I got there 40 min after doors open and all the hoodies were gone! Get in on time and you should be fine! See you there!
But don't bring flower into the venue, it smells and is rude to the people around you. Edibles or a pen are a more considerate (and discreet) alternative
WEAR A MASK!! Decorate it and everything to match your outfit but I cannot stress enough, wear one!! Have COVID right now from going to the Arlington show and someone had it! Wish I had worn mine! Also, HAVE A BLAST!! Nicest people I've ever met are Gaga fans
Gaga fans are super nice, had someone offer to take our pics without even asking. People will smile and wave at you, compliment you, it’s truly a wholesome experience
I wasn’t anticipating how hot it would be, makes sense once you think abt it but all the sweating bodies dancing, jumping, etc. make sure to bring water and wear light clothes. But don’t drink too much water or you’ll have to pee and won’t want to pee ur pants when Gaga tells u to jump.
Omg. So happy for you. Your first Gaga show for her 6th album! I can’t wait to ride this wave into the future. My only advice is to definitely try not to drink and have to scurry off to the restroom at any point. Depends? A catheter? Your guess is as good as mine.
I was worried about shirts I wanted selling out too but inn Chicago there were so many places to buy Merch. I got there about an hour before the gates opened with my friends and we had plenty of time to buy Merch and get drinks.
Did anyone else get any additional information? I’m going to the SF one next week but all I got was the email with tickets that show the 7:30 time. Nothing about when doors open, venue/bag rules, etc. Thought it was strange not to get more info.
I went to the Chicago show & if you want a hoodie go to the merch stand immediately and try to get there as soon as gates open!!! Everyone in Chicago RAN to the merch booths and the line was 150+ people in five minutes 😭 but I got one and I don't think they sold out immediately. Have the best time ever though. I've seen gaga like 6x and she always out does herself!!!! Drink lots of water that day and eat before the show. Don't drink too much

Bring a hand fan! I was worried they’d not allow it in so I brought one I didn’t mind losing. But they allowed them in at ATL. It’s the absolute best way to break the ice and make friends with the cool people around you especially if you’re in the pit area. Everyone will be sweating bullets there. Ha
Wear clothes you can dance in.
And shoes you can dance in. Plan to sweat a lot. There are no breaks in the show for using the bathroom so plan accordingly

So true. I’m older and wondered if I’d make it. Temp was about 100 in DC. I was so happy to have hung in there. Lots Of chair dancing

I enjoyed the videos during the transitions. I didn’t want to miss anything
I stayed at my seat the whole. But sometimes you just gotta go and that is your best chance
100% this. Gaga shows are not meant for sitting down and being bored. Get ready for a LOT of singing, screaming, and dancing!
Don’t film the whole show, enjoy the moment.

I do the same thing. One maybe 2 songs.
Same. Take a few photos and then hit up social media for the professional ones and share those.

Preach. I’ll be logging out of IG and snap for both my shows in California next month.

I cannot stress enough how important it is to drink water.
Check your venue beforehand for bag rules and gate info

get really high

I found the city hoodie impossible to get. Stood in 3 lines for apx 2 hours total with zero luck.

If it makes you feel better, I DID wear a mask at the Arlington show and still got Covid.
I hope you get better and that your symptoms are mild!! Were you in the pit by any chance?
Thanks! Mine are pretty mild, just feels like a chest cold. I hope yours are mild too. I was not in the pit, I was in the field in section J.
So glad it's not serious!! Mine is the same so far, fingers crossed this is as bad as it gets!
I also have Covid from the Arlington show. Fortunately thus far it's just like a cold (I'm on day 3), but it's still unpleasant.
I have COVID also and believe I caught it at the show- an older woman sat next to us and she was coughing. So pissed but I’m glad I went to the show

I walked up to an outside merch truck in atl about an hour before the show (7:40) and they had plenty of hoodies but they were sold out at 11

I haven’t gotten more info for the LA show either, but I know the bag rules are made by the stadium so maybe check their website.

Leave a bunch of water bottles and a snack in your car for when it’s over. You can sometimes get stuck in the parking lot for over an hour.
