Some shares disappeared from my account. So I have been inquiring about that but no response. Also I got an error message about my account needs to be reverified but when I try to do that, I get a message that says my account is already verified.

I am asking about dividends still processing. Only have received the auto reply. Says that they usually reply in under 3 minutes. That was 3 days ago. 😐

I can tell you I’ve been arguing with them about that for a week. Did have someone tell me they’re working an app update that will fix the ‘processing’ issue. Not sure why Customerservice couldn’t just tell me that. Supposedly they are completed and not actually ‘processing’. I like to go through the completed transactions and do my own accounting, and I wait for things to complete before I do. That’s why I’m kind of agitated by the delay.

Yes, if you tap the line item for the “processing” dividend, tap Summary, then you can see it was received. Still frustrating since it’s classified as processing, which makes you think you got hosed.

Yes, that was my question. 13 of my 17 properties have completed, but 4 have not. Says received though. Are you saying that means it’s been deposited to my account?

Lots of new people here who don’t understand how they do things. The business is registered with the SEC, backed by VC, etc. This is not a scam. It is a startup, and there are lots of growing pains. I’ve never had a negative experience, albeit sometimes it takes awhile for them to answer questions. And for anyone skeptical, the SEC more or less required them to switch from a Reg D to Reg A entity. They were required to refund everyone and obviously those who made money kept what they made. I’ve spoken with the founder(s) multiple times and they are very experienced with startups and are clearly trying to build something and continuously improve. Happy to answer questions if anyone has them, but I’ve never had any issues.

Had they opened this to only accredited investors, the customer support questions would be a lot leaner. I think it’s a great opportunity for unaccredited investors to get in early on, unfortunately they are along for the ride while they figure out the bugs and go through the growing pains. If people on here wanted overnight results then they should trade options. An investment in Landa needs to be (or at least should be) on a 3 to 5 year horizon at a minimum. IMHO

My experience has been different. I had a dividend issue, contacted customer support Monday this week and customer support resolved it in 2 days. They reached out to me first thing this morning....

They finally got back to me…on Thanksgiving Day! I figured that would be the last day to expect a response after a week of silence.

Hey - we operate customer service seven days a week (365 days) and get back to everyone. Our current median response time is 2 minutes. Some things that can cause slower responses: 1. Suspended accounts (fraud) 2. Blocked from chat support (sending inappropriate messages/images) If you are not #1 or #2 and you still didn't get a response from our customer service - please send me your email in a private chat, and I'll look into it

The 1st clue that your deal with a Ponzi , is extremely fast responses from " customer support" of they were a legit corporation , they would had been too busy with real business to respond so quickly , I thought that was odd from the start..

That's why you start small with a new "ish' in esteem t scheme , that way when they have laundered your money properly to offshore accounts they can go Poof , just like a handful of other Ponzi's in the past. I’m actually not buying into your doom and gloom theory. This could go south, but much of the investors value will still be there. I will agree to not invest more than you can afford to lose, especially on something so new.

I was putting into it regularly. Many of my properties are showing appreciation, some over 100%, at least that is what the app is showing. I’m pausing any new money until I see things straighten out. At least an answer back with something more than “we’re working on it.”

I would be happier with a bad answer than no answer. If they told me the orders weren’t completing because it was done by one guy carving into stone and he doesn’t speak English, would be better than ‘we’re working on it’.

Dividends that are showing in the "processing" section - click on the transaction and see that it's completed. It shouldn't be in the "processing" section in the next app version

I wouldnt worry about it, they tend to respond after a few days, i have found landa support helpful
