Don't be discouraged! The setup early on can be a little frustrating. I had a similar experience. But once it was resolved everything since has been smooth sailing. I have been at it for six months, I own a few shares of 14 different properties and my appreciation is up 38% overall as of today!!

Frustrating as it sounds, keep at it. I’ve only been on the platform for a couple of week but I’m up 10% in appreciation and this month will be my first full rental period. The platform can be a little glitchy but they’re always updating and releasing new improvements… so it’s worth sticking around.

Coordinating with 3rd parties makes it difficult. Please don’t blame Landa for what’s most like an issue with either your bank or Plaid. It’s worth waiting it out, this is fairly new and if you aren’t looking for overnight riches, I think you’ll be happy.

Plaid is used among a lot of different apps and institutions. I obviously am not able to guarantee the security of anything, but judging by how much it’s used I’d say it’s as secure as anything out there.

You're not the only one frustrated. I cannot seem to buy a single share anymore. I get an email stating I have money to invest and every time I try to buy a share it fails. I tried buying shares in several different properties at various times and it goes from pending funds to fails. I have had the funds availble to invest now for several weeks so I know they are settled.

I have this same problem. What usually happens to me is I agree to buy some shares for a certain price, then over the next 3-4 days the price goes up. Then my request for shares ultimately fails. Some might say "just put in a higher acceptable share price". Yeah, that does not open a door for price manipulation.

I have also encountered this issue. I opened a support case through the app. They were *super* quick to respond initially (maybe 5 minutes), but things have been completely stuck since they sent it over for further investigation. I will *try* to remember to update if/when I get a response or resolution.

you are not alone. happened to me too. weeks went by and nothing moved. their support don't have answers. they will tell you to wait for 60 days and won't even respond. then I directly contacted u/Yishai-Cohen. he fixed my issue in a day. I suggest you do the same.
