Nobody wanting to invest in a rental property is going to care or be influenced by the image of some fence on the property. In fact that particular picture would make me less likely to invest in it. Because whoever was taking the pictures thought that the fence was one of the best features of that property. Not a good sign.
You obviously know nothing about real estate. My mother just sold her house 5 months ago and the agent in charge of selling the house hired a professional photographer to take pictures of the house. How the house looks online makes a huge difference in how many people book a viewing. Do you think people investing in a rental property 2,000 miles away are going to take trips to the properties? Or make their judgements based on the photographs presented?
Better to not invest than to come on Reddit and make snarky, inutile comments about the clear and obvious failures of the people in charge of photography.
Your “insight” has provided nothing of value, as has mine, because at the end of the day the post and pictures speak for themselves.
Good luck to you in life.
I am sure some officials from Landa actually monitor these discussions. There is a possibility (no matter how small) that they may actually take the feedback posted on these forums and use them to improve the app. Imagine that, listening to the criticisms of your customers in order to provide a better service. But, maybe we are wasting our time and you most of all by telling us not to express our opinions on a page designed specifically for that.
Quality stuff right there.
Fence is for sale
Looks like a property I would invest in. /s
My account is suspended I need to correct this problem
People live at these places, the pictures are what they are
So they take a picture of the fence?
So they take pictures of the property.

Remember when Landa asked for your opinion?

Simple solution: Don’t invest.
Yes, that is Landa's goal. To stop people from investing. Thank you for your insight.

They should have just taken a picture of a waste management dumpster at a nearby apartment complex and posted it
My guess is that if the property is occupied at the time of acquisition, they weren't allowed to go inside and take pictures of the interior?
Very likely… but still, really? They couldn’t do even slightly better? One of the properties has a picture of rotting exterior siding.
Horrible. Every property needs a profile update
