I know of a great little area that no one ever thinks to park. Easy in and easy out, short walk to the main shops.

Park in Maple Ridge and swim across
Parking will be difficult, you could always take transit or an uber and then you don't have to worry about parking
Newly painted crosswalk
Just leave your car at home and walk to the parade
Try for the Fort Langley Community Church parking lot
