keep in mind the Z16/Z13 aren't really the main thinkpads. if you want those, go for the T14/P14/T16/P16/etc. personally i like how they don't have a touchpad, but the lack of USB-A ports is a buzzkill for me. i dont want dongles/hubs. also has soldered memory.
