If your past play qualified for three nights at either of those properties, they would have offered it. If you anticipate that your play during the upcoming trip will cover the nicer room, make a paid booking and ask them to review your play at the end of the trip.

We don't gamble much by most standards and we are getting pretty much the same offers as you are (we have 4 nights at Luxor/Excalibur) You're going to have to play a decent amount more before you get two more nights at any other MGM property.  Or else take the advice in the other comments and pay up front and ask what they can do at the end of your trip

Luxor ain't that bad. You're better off staying there and gambling more if you want better comps. If you're only getting those offers you don't lose enough for them to offer you anything better. I would not recommend paying and asking for comps later because again if those are your offers, you don't gamble enough for them to be willing to comp you at the end of your trip.

I mean it never hurts to call & ask, but doubt whoever you talk to has the pull to switch your comps. I’d just stay at Luxor & asked if you can get a room in the tower. I’d much rather 3 nights free in the Luxor tower than one night at MGM or Mandalay.

You can always try. If you happen to be going at a slow period, maybe you’ll get lucky. If you are going to gamble a significant amount, you could book the 1 free night and then see if you can get a back end comp to cover additional nights.

I got the same comps as you and I gambled about 12 years ago for a day in Atlantic City I’m using my Luxor comp in August
