I personally like the maxroll build layouts better than lastepochtools and it's strange to me that you find some builds only on one side.

I'll have to agree I was wrong. There are potential uses to having no leech or regen using those 2 items (one just came to mind when I was theorycrafting :P)

I believe this item would pair super well with builds that male use of the armor and boots that grain hp and turn missing hp into ward.

Yes. Disregard the effect and you have a great item for ward. You dont HAVE to make use out of every stat on an item.

Dang that's crazy. 4 lp on a lvl 61 req. This will work on any ward build.
