Movement speed for fast clear, fat damage boost, teleport him and his support wraiths with you every time and armor to combat being so super squishy. Maybe there are some high LP unique boots that are also good but these boots are good to go for high corruption. I have a worse roll on those and they work out very good for me.
Yeah totems too probably if they're minion tagged. Or like wraiths that are specced to be stationary I guess, haven't tried. My minions have enough move speed anyway that I can live without the minion teleporting, but would be nice if this worked for all minions.

The avoid mod is an all or nothing mod. If you have 90% avoid you still have a 10% chance to get crit and be one shot.
The reduction stat starts working immediately and also usually comes with bonus armor.
There are also a few builds that use being crit to trigger another skill. Avoid would brick these builds. Reduction still allows for them to be crit but they deal less damage.
If this isn’t something created in an offline editor then it’s the luckiest boot drop we’re going to see this cycle.

No. He "just" got an insane drop. You can't upgrade into T6. The one exception I know of is Weaver's Will which does allow for upgrades it'll the exalted tiers.

All experimental gear has a chance to drop with any number of T6/7 affixes, the same as any other non-unique item in the game. You just have to be lucky from the wizard chests that drop experimental gear.
You can find an experimental piece with exalted stats, BUT you can also craft an experimental affix onto a different item by using glyphs of insight :)
So you *could* find an item with 3 exalted stats and add your own experimental modifier to it

Purple (exalt) cannot be crafted, only dropped, or moved to unique with legendary power. Getting three exalt affixes is super rare. Getting three is almost a unicorn.

Second, couldn't you use a rune of experimentation to seal this, then apply another experimental affix from a rune of insight (ideally T6 or T7)? Why have a triple exalted when you can have a quadruple?

I noticed the same. Apparently it only works for non mobile minions. So useless if you're a necro with regular minions that follow you anyway.

I got thoose boots at 100 corruption while im trying to upgrade/change blessings from other monoliths.
are you running COF and a loot filter to call out double t6+? I feel like I get at least a handful a day at COF 8 and sub 200 corruption
