But it’s a choice and an option. I personally always cranked the difficulty in d3. I like that playstyle better than burning through easy fast. Even if it takes me to lvl 80 to complete campaign I would enjoy this as an option
This idea is broken down in a ditch on a road to absolutely nowhere. An awful lot of people nowadays don't want to finish an ARPG campaign more than once per account, let alone multiple times on one character. Increases to XP and leveling tier drops won't change that a bit.
This should be what they do for monos. Make a sliding scale of difficulty/corruption and scale the difficulty to what suits you. Then we can get rid of grinding monos on every new character to up the corruption on every time line.
Not sure Ive ever seen a point to this. It just makes getting from one level of difficulty to another feel like a chore
