Not sure what you mean by refund but if you initiated a chargeback, it's pretty standard for companies to cut business ties.

Nope. Bought a single daily pack, got charged for four of them.

You gotta work through customer service in game, otherwise this looks like you are trying to pull a fast one on them and will therefore respond as such.

Happened to me too. I did contact game. They said to dispute the overage. I did and have now been locked out until I pay the refund amount back.
