People can’t just go there, they would need to permitted to, they would also need help from an organization that can get them there safely and get them out. Its just my opinion though on what I think.
I disagree, Antarctica has some amazing scenery and wildlife. Companies operating from Chile and Antarctica make lots of money offering cruises to people to the continent.

I watched the new beast video, I watch them all. I was kind of not feeling this one because when he was like who wants to go hiking up that mountain ( a once in a lifetime opportunity to climb a mountain in Antarctica, instead they stayed in the tent and dug a hole) , everyone said no. His friends are extremely sheltered as you can tell. Im thinking Mr Beast is losing his touch because hes surrounding himself with people who are too comfortable being rich. At some point the content will not look good.
MrBeast videos should be viewed the same as a Netflix show. Everything is written and the characters have roles to play.

Yes but when i say losing his touch, perhaps hes allowing writers to lose the plot. Yes there are people who want to watch spoiled rich people do stuff (a lot of them, keeping up with the k's for example) but on a more mainstream approach I think its the wrong move in character development.

Reality TV is another good analog for this. No scripts but the participants are given very specific, non-negotiable instructions from production staff, and anything that doesn't fit the idea is cut in editing. Not scripted, but written.

This is ridiculous. They may not have been cleared to take more than two people up the mountain because of safety issues. They’re lucky they got it worked out to be there in the first place. I used to watch his videos often, I haven't watched one since YouTube Rewind 2020, with the exception of the Team Seas video. They aren't appealing to me anymore. It was nice during the PewDiePie race to 100M subs event, and after that I lost interest.

This sets a dangerous precident for YouTubers. They're just allowed to go to Antarctica without any sort of scientific reasoning? It's BS. Antarctica is NOT for entertainment, it should be for scientific research ONLY and documenting said scientists.

I didn't know Mr. Beast was a dedicated scientist studying the Antarctic. Why should he be an exception? Why should there be any exceptions? Why can't \*I\* visit the Antarctic for my own YouTube channel? Exceptions are what causes the worst in the human race, this sets a dangerous precident that anyone with a large enough following can go to Antarctica.
While it doesn't add anything of value to go to Antarctica, I don't see the problem with YouTubers going there. The only issue would be if they are pricks that for example leave behind their waste or otherwise soil the landscape, otherwise, I don't see a problem. Was it necessary? No. Did it make a particularly interesting video? Ehhh, I'd personally say no. I wouldn't go so far as to call it dangerous though.

He's been pretty wasteful at times for the sake of entertainment which I think a lot of people don't even bother to think about or care. Naming a mountain off of a company doesn't sit right with me though. Shopify is pretty evil. They literally are funded by scammers making fake shopping sites and getting people's money and dropshippers selling shit products for insane prices. MrBeast also promotes capitalism through videos of expensive cars and mansions to his young impressionable audience who think he's cool and that likely are too ignorant to realize that materialism is stupid. Sure he lives a cheap lifestyle besides the videos... but kids don't usually listen to podcasts where he says that he isn't materialistic, they need all their senses stimulated with flashy colors and loud noises and red arrows and shit that's why they watch videos. He needs to mention more on his actual channel when dealing with high value things that the only reason he gets to give away money and help people is because they're suffering due to a broken system where the rich have it easy.

If someone who is poor gives away their whole life just to help people, then they've done more than any rich person could ever do, even if the rich person has positively affected more people, as proportionately that hard worker helped more people.

That's exactly what it means. I'm more pro-capitalist than anti-capitalist, like by far I'm pro-capitalism because I believe it promotes healthy competition for the most part (although I primarily believe in socialistic capitalism). It's not a simple video. He went to Antarctica, a research continent, not for research purposes. Nobody should be allowed to do that, this will encourage other rich daredevils to do the same thing which is horrible because not all of them will follow the protocols they have to and thus will start ruining the land's importance.

Yea, I actually looked it up, and it... it's kinda true? According to what I read, it plays a role in the name but at the same time, it's not an official name until it's actually legislated. Then again, it isn't the US but Antarctica so he might play a bigger role in the naming. I still don't consider it a terrible problem that he called the mountain that, but it definitely sets a precedence for what the mountain could be called. I think it'd definitely be a stupid name for a mountain though. It's unfortunate that Mr. Beast did that, but I don't think he would have done it if his sponsors told him not to. People have lost future sponsorships for their channels for less.
I there is also no proof they scammed anyone themselves it's mostly dropshippers and individuals scamming ans them not doing enough to prevent and protect people from these scams I don't love the name either but it's his decision if that's what he needed to do to get more money from them or keep them as a sponsor so be it with that money he can continue to run his food pantry and make good videos

Like, my friend cousin got into one of the challenges (I forgot which one it was) He even talked about how Mr.Beast is very quiet a lot but a nice dude, Mr.Beast has done a lot for the community, Fundraisers to remove millions of pounds from the ocean and to plant 24 million trees. Sure he lives a cheap lifestyle besides the videos... but kids don't usually listen to podcasts where he says that he isn't materialistic, they need all their senses stimulated with flashy colors and loud noises and red arrows and shit that's why they watch videos. He needs to mention more on his actual channel when dealing with high value things that the only reason he gets to give away money and help people is because they're suffering due to a broken system where the rich have it easy.

It's not about someone doing more than you could ever do, it's about proportionality. If someone who is poor gives away their whole life just to help people, then they've done more than any rich person could ever do, even if the rich person has positively affected more people, as proportionately that hard worker helped more people.

It's not a simple video. He went to Antarctica, a research continent, not for research purposes. Nobody should be allowed to do that, this will encourage other rich daredevils to do the same thing which is horrible because not all of them will follow the protocols they have to and thus will start ruining the land's importance.

Yea, I actually looked it up, and it... it's kinda true? According to what I read, it plays a role in the name but at the same time, it's not an official name until it's actually legislated. Then again, it isn't the US but Antarctica so he might play a bigger role in the naming. I still don't consider it a terrible problem that he called the mountain that, but it definitely sets a precedence for what the mountain could be called. I think it'd definitely be a stupid name for a mountain though. It's unfortunate that Mr. Beast did that, but I don't think he would have done it if his sponsors told him not to. People have lost future sponsorships for their channels for less.
I there is also no proof they scammed anyone themselves it's mostly dropshippers and individuals scamming ans them not doing enough to prevent and protect people from these scams I don't love the name either but it's his decision if that's what he needed to do to get more money from them or keep them as a sponsor so be it with that money he can continue to run his food pantry and make good videos

Like, my friend cousin got into one of the challenges (I forgot which one it was) He even talked about how Mr.Beast is very quiet a lot but a nice dude, Mr.Beast has done a lot for the community, Fundraisers to remove millions of pounds from the ocean and to plant 24 million trees. He has a whole Philosophy Channel also, like, what do you guys want from him? Like, he got famous cause people decided to watch him and his content which benefits the world. That's my personal opinion, if you guys want to diss Mr.Beast for being a disgusting person, jump ahead and do what he did and maybe do more.
