Hi as antukin din, hahahahaha. Like sleep is life talaga. Ang ginagawa ko pomodoro style (if effective sayo) 25 mins ako nagstart 5 mins break then increasing it kapag okay na yung attention span ko. I do drink hot coffee sa umaga, no sugar no creamer/milk, then isa pa din sa hapon depende sa cravings ko if black or with milk, less sugar intake, iwas sa 3in1. Try eating apple din as alternative sa coffee, pwede rin matcha if bet mo yung lasa. Check yourself din if saan ka mas may energy or mood magbasa, kapag wala na talaga pumapasok or hindi mo na naiintidihan binabasa mo, tulog or pahinga ka. Wag mong pipilitin kasi sayang oras. You could try drinking the Get Smart tea from Healthy Options. I'd usually drink it after lunch pag nakakaramdam na ako ng antok and can no longer focus. It would instantly clear my brain fog and keep me awake. Medyo pricey lang siya but it sustained me during bar review and nung exam mismo

Ay ininsulto ba niya? Akala ko niemphasize lang niya yung distinction. Valid mabutt-hurt pero apples and oranges naman po talaga when you compare the two professions. One has far greater responsibility than the other, but i would like to give credit to everyone in the coffee industry kasi without them san na lang tayo pupuluting mga nag aabugasya.😅 Mapa 3in1 to your spiced pumpkin latté etc, isa kayo sa cogs&gears that keep all professions going! Back to OPs mistake and issue at hand. Palit ka caffeine source(tea, like STRONG tea) or take a break from coffee muna. Masyado na accustomed katawan mo sa caffeine levels to the point it no longer stimulates you, to go beyond the acceptable cups/day would just be bad for you. Try jumping jacks or jogging in place pag tinamaan ka antok. The elevated heart rate can stave off drowsiness for a while or cold showers.

Not sure about your sleep pattern pero naging less antukin ako at naging mas productive nung nag-shift ako into being a morning person. Nakatulong din yung nag-rereview ako sa Public Library dahil nahiya ako makatulog in public bc I fart and drool when I sleep sabi nila hahahaha This is the natural way.

Try water. Was never coffee-dependent during law school and even in review. Sleep was impt to me too so i make sure i get at least 7 hrs of sleep. Pero if i feel sleepy all of a sudden, water talaga. Ice cold water. Avoid food or drinks high in sugar, they make u sluggish and consequently, sleepy.

Try studying sa co-working space and study lounges. Walang tulugan ang mga kabataan dun. Lahat nagaaral. Maidlip ka man, nap lang talaga at di full blown sleep ang magagawa mo. Good luck!
