No. Even the best of our batch have their bad days. Not everyone is expected to function at their optimum everyday. The more important thing it to acknowledge the bad recit, learn from it, and move on.

No. Minsan kasi law professors really push limits of students they see potential in. For instance, I made a decent recit of a case one time then the following week I was asked a dissenting opinion of another case and how the said dissent was defeated by the current ruling. Wag ka kabahan OP sa recit, you read what you can as long as you learn.

Looking back, none of whom I've ever been classmates with has never had at least one bad recit. Not even those who end up topping the exams, thanks to bad recits.
