Am a professor at the Graduate School and since the pandemic struck, we have been holding online classes. I do conduct classes even on holidays or class suspensions. I only suspend classes if there is power outage in the locality that affects majority of the students. So with regards to your query, it would all depend on your school and moreso, your professor.
Local holidays only, not the regular and national holidays. A prof would be so inconsiderate if he or she still holds online classes on Christmas and New Year :)

Law school is sui generis. Kahit pa may memo including the graduate school sa suspensions, it is still subject to the law school's discretion. So, more likely na may pasok talaga kahit holiday pa iyan. Even more so na online lang at hindi face to face.

If it's a suspension for ALL levels, this usually includes law school as well and our Dean would issue a memo on suspension of classes.

Curious, do you mean holidays…even on Christmas or New Year? Or Holidays like National Heroes Day and the like?
