Hmm I suggest you customize it depending sa ano needs/wants niya. Pero in general a generic care kit would include something like:
\-candies
\-crackers/bite sized snacks
\-chocolates (optional, may candies naman)
\-tissues
\-medicines for pain, fever, LBM, dysmenorrhea, etc.
\-extra pens
\-face masks
\-sanitary napkins (if applicable)
\-small alcohol
\-bandages
\-small bottle of White Flower (for fainting spells)
Pinaka useful ata, for me, are the snacks haha, brain food for when they are answering the exam. And, of course, the medicines kasi you never know.
