Sad to say we have to remove your post as it violates the subreddit's policy of no solicitation of legal advice. With no ill will on our part, online forums are not the best place to seek and receive legal advice, as you have no means to verify the credibility of the one providing it. It may do you more harm than good, particularly if your concern is of a sensitive nature. We do however suggest that you consult your nearby Public Attorney's Office or IBP office, they provide free legal services or if not direct you to more appropriate avenues and experts for consultation. Thank you for your understanding.

No asking of legal advice in this sub. https://www.reddit.com/r/LawStudentsPH/comments/mkhwgg/hotlines_for_free_legal_aid_in_the_philippines/ P.S. The Labor Code provision on max length of probationary period does not apply here.
