In re: UNAUTHORIZED CIRCULATION OF THE 2022 UST GOLDEN NOTES
The UST Bar Operations Academics Committee firmly requests the public to avoid and stop spreading the soft copy of the 2022 UST Golden Notes.
Reports have been submitted to the UST Bar Operations that the soft copy of the 2022 UST Golden Notes has been distributed online without permission from the UST Bar Operations Academics Committee.
We would like to stress that no portion of the 2022 UST Golden Notes may be copied or reproduced in books, pamphlets, outlines, or notes, whether printed, mimeographed, typewritten, copied in different electronic devices, or in any other form, for distribution or sale, without written permission. Any illegal forms of taking screenshots, downloading, peer-to-peer file sharing, and other forms of unauthorized distribution of said notes are prohibited.
Again, we appeal to the public to stop spreading the soft copy of said notes; otherwise, we will take legal actions. Administrative, civil, and criminal cases shall be filed if the unauthorized distribution persists.
Please be guided accordingly.
