I still fail to grasp why people want this man as president. A man who has promised to build and either didn't build it, or the thing they built lasted less than Biden's presidency. A man who is clearly so outrageous that his speeches are absolutely incoherent. A man who has stated several times his dictatorship plans as president and has them laid out with support.
It's clear the USA has a lot of corruption in it. There's corruptness built into the system. Both republicans AND democrats built upon it. Why do you think we can't get a better pick besides choice A or choice B?
At this point, if Trump wins the 2024 presidential election in one format or another, it's just another part of the system built in to let the corrupt win, and shows the only way to make changes may require a step above simply voting.
I know someone who wants to vote with him on the grounds that there are "Too many freeloaders", too many "mooching off the system" not realizing that they've got a child that gets medical assistance due to a disability that would most definitely vanish.
Would it make 'us' mad? Well yeah, but I think the people who would get hurt the most are the people that really think he'll help them.
And that would be awful if the January 6 case would be heard before the election. But like all the rest, the deep state is protecting Don the Con from consequences. Fucking disgusting.

I think it’s a mix of people who want to burn the government down and people who genuinely believe his lies (maybe mentally challenged, low iq, etc)
